    I realized that I transfered these techniques to my all day life, for example when I push or pull heavy things, I dont use the force of my arms, but rather my bodyweight, just walking backwards or forwards and it is very useful. I never understood that back then, but today I do.

    Con tutto il rispetto, la traduzione dall'inglese all'italiano lasciava parecchio a desiderare, secondo me. Molte cose venivano omesse e di altre si perdeva completamente il senso. A parte questo, provo una sana invidia per chi era presente, una bellissima esperienza. Grazie per averlo condiviso

      @@onigumadojoregensburg761 Maybe he is, but he teaching wrong judo throwing. Where is kuzushi? When ataker do false technique, enybody can do enything.

      @@Dinstructor80 io ho fatto 2 taikai, Alicante 96 e Levigo 98 e secondo me c'era troppa confusione nonostante il numero "basso" di praticanti, circa 400 in spagna e poco più di 300 in italia! Molto meglio i viaggi in Jappone!
