Can Blue Origin's New Glenn compete?

Blue Origin successfully launched its first orbital rocket, New Glenn! What is this new heavy-lift vehicle's place in the market and can it compete with SpaceX and others? Despite the lack of a high launch cadence by suborbital vehicle New Shepard, I'll tell you why I'm cautiously optimistic for New Glenn.
