He never directly apologized to her, but he was funding the avengers and gave her a place to live in the avengers compound, and it’s because of him that her love Vision was created so she must feel grateful. I’m not sure how their relationship was but I’m sure she must have respected him, maybe even after the whole mess that killed her parents. It was kind of his fault, it was his company and he’s responsible for what goes on.

I just want to admire the fact that while Wanda was destroying the mind stone while holding thanos back and I know it wasn’t that she held him back for long but it shows how strong she really is

I feel Wanda deserved so much more. When she was little, she lost her parents. In Sokovia, she lost her brother. And when she was finally happy, she lost Vision. I feel very grateful that she got the family she wanted.

Wanda is such a amazing character and has easily become one of my most favorites in the MCU. Love that she has officially become the Scarlet Witch.

Same! I love how despite being really powerful, her character and power are driven by internal emotions. She is very different and unique. A really interesting character to explore more in future films. The WV power up really served and I love it so much!

Wanda is the only thing tying me somewhat to the MCU. I really fell in love with her in the comics, she's such a compelling character, like I feel like as much as we know about her there is more to her that we haven't discovered yet. Ofc, house of m Wanda was incredible. I loved her since her first film, and could already tell they were going to make her more complex than the generic happy go lucky wisecracking character, and I'm so so glad they are following through with that, slowly, very slowly, but surely. It fascinates me how Wanda is one of the most powerful characters ever, and she serves as her own weakness and strength simultaneously. I also am noticing that with the decline of interest in the MCU, Wanda is also making cracks in the marvel formula and is slowly incorporating little elements of different genres, different colors (figuratively) and emotions. Ofc, we are so lucky that they snagged the incredible Elizabeth Olsen for this role, who is the only person who could play Wanda to this degree of perfection, and also is the one who along with the marvel fans genuinely cares so so much about Wanda as a character and is pushing the greatness of Wanda off of the comics and onto screen.
It is also important to note that the decades past in Wandavision whenever something went wrong. She was trying to jump to the perfect setting/sitcom with no issues. It is a direct parallel to the boys aging themselves up when something went wrong.

The immense heartwretching pain that this character has had is incomprehensible. I feel so empathetic for her, IK it's just a character but man, I relate to her so much. I too know what happens when you're driven by pain and grief.

I'm still a little bit sad about how marvel didn't show much of Nat and Wanda's friendship.
Wanda's parents in the Avengers are basically Nat and Steve.
In the movies Black Widow is the center of the female avengers, but in the comics it is Wanda and The Wasp.
yeah i always liked them. They even had a scene where wanda made nat go flying and she lowkey laughed it off after being in pain.
I making my own Marvel story on them when Nat comforts Wanda after the incident in Westview and yes nat comes back to life and they become soulmates after Natasha make Wanda smile .

Her chaos magic really likes to act on impulse with or without her control. It is a scary and very dangerous ability, because it can work on autopilot without the host actively controlling it.

Honestly I can't help but feel bad for wanda she's argueably has the most tragic character in the whole thing, she suffered so much truama, losing her parents as a child during the battle of new york, signing herself and her brother up to be experimented by hydra, lost her twin brother in the age of ultron, forced to go on the run in civil war, killing vision only to watch thanos kill him a second time then being turned to dust, and when she came back and saw what vison had planned for the both of them after they were free and safe to be together, because of that she trapped a whole town and those who lived in their in a sitcom cause that was the only constant thing in her life that brought her joy she'd also created tommy and billy only for them to dissapear, all that grief and truama mixed with the dark magic of the darkhold it's no surprise that she became the bad guy in the doctor strange 2 film the lengths she went killing so many people in her universe and others just to get her children even if it meant killing her alternate self just to get them, but when she does she realises how much of a monster she had become and made the ultimate sacrifice just so no one else would suffer.

I had no clue about the tie-in comics. Thank you for explaining why Wanda's accent changed. That's a big aspect to her character that I wish they explained in the movies.
Definitely my favorite avenger. She's awesome, cool, and sexy, and is without a doubt the most powerful member.
Plus, Elizabeth Olsen is great in the role. Just as Wanda was born to be the Scarlet Witch, so was Olsen for this role.

I am just in a bit of shock that that Iron Man was the only one with a funeral even though Thanos's army killed loads of Asgardians, Wizards/Sorcerers/Magicians, and Wakandans, but you know, Stark is irreplaceable and one of a kind, he is "way more important"

We dont need to see a funeral for random characters in the movie. Also, pretty sure black widow will have tribute for the character.
we’re getting a black widow movie anyways. Plus semi main characters like nat, gamora, and others couldn’t have had their bodies received as they were in bad spots, or destroyed with all the fire power going back and forth. Things like random sorcerers or wakandans wouldn’t have been shown for the main characters being so widely known over them. Example: black panther, shuri, or okoye. Others include dr strange, wong, and the ancient one.

The fact that Pietro, in the age of Ultron said that they were having dinner when they were attacked. But in Wanda vision, they were watching TV? It's confusing
Its an alternate dimension Pietro........ They are real.......
At first I thought it was just a plot hole/continuity error, but maybe it's because neither of them remember the event exactly as it happened? Pietro might not have remembered it correctly, or maybe it's Wanda who got it wrong. But either way, I think both of their memories about the event are hazy because their minds tried to repress those memories? That tends to happen a lot to people who experienced trauma at an early age.

its prob just a ret-con, although I would imagine Marvel could also say that the twins remembered hiding from the bomb best, and that the twins during Ultron had already forgotten what happened before because it was less important
Maybe the city was being attacked when they were eating and then went to watch the show when the bomb hit.

There’s a theory that the heart vision drew on the house that said “To grow old in” is the heart on teh calendar of the first episode!🤭
Actually, that was the intention during the show. The heart appearing in the first day of their calendar symbolized the start of what was supposed to be the start of their normal life together if Vision hadn't died.

@@mm4843 Bruh it is literally confirmed by the writer LMAO. Chaos magic warped reality around Wanda, so everything in there match the reality it is in. The 50s are all simple. The deed became a calendar with a heart on it, that's why both Wanda & Vision don't remember what is the meaning of it.
Wanda is elevating easily when it comes to character arcs.
