Oh Macchi what a wonderful home Nick has shown us. Just amazing. They keep getting better and better. This one is real doozy! It's got everything. How sad for the owners to give it up. There are many things that were gorgeous but that wisteria vine outside is a true work of art. Natures art. They should do a painting of it. When you went outside to the patio area, I had to laugh at Macchi how he got up on the wall edge and looked exactly where you were talking about. He is a beautiful well behaved dog for sure and watched your every move. My dog would be running at break neck speed all over the property. Thanks again Nick. Xo
The house itself and the property are absolutely gorgeous!! That stonework, WOW!! I love old homes, and the history they hold. I’m probably in the minority here but, I don’t like the modern elements in a place as special and exquisite as this. By “ modern elements “ I am referring to the artwork on the walls and some of the furniture. To me, it feels like it just doesn’t belong. Such a treasure of a house, with all its history and architecture. And to see modern art on its walls……….it just feels wrong to me. I’ve seen many of your videos where you show old homes where the owners have managed to retain the integrity of the original structure and feeling of the house. While this house is absolutely stunning on its own, the modern art in a place as special as this is what turns me off I suppose. Nothing that can’t be rectified with a conscientious and intuitive buyer. Always love your videos!
