Jeru's first album is a fucking classic in my book. Jeru's thought provoking lyrics and topics along with Preemo's mid 90's classic signature production is enough for me.
Jeru is a blessing to the hip hop world. I bought both Wrath of the Math and The Sun Rises In The East on wax. Very very classic albums and in my top 10 no doubt. I really appreciate what he did for the culture back in the day. If you never heard the Damaja before.... You should go do that ASAP.

But people need to stop saying "THE white man has THE power". Power goes to a group of people that often have the same ideology. Before, white people were basically way more "united" and you couldn't think for yourself. Today that has changed, and ideology is variable in all ethnic frokost. So we can't say that anymore.
His prejudice was justified, everything he said then was a reality it was the other rappers who didn't have the same historical data and still had a fear to identify what had and still was happening.They also took his message out of content.Coming from the same schools of thought(Nation of Gods and Earths) to hate another group in general is anti productive but he was trying to get his people out of being naive and get them more culture centered.Whites do have a 2,500 year history of hostility.
