    Great video and thank you for posting! A new water sensor with wires is part # 84461-60050 from Toyota. Not very expensive. I need to do my fuel filter on my HDJ81 soon.

      Replying to my own comment…….
      The FSM for the 1 HDT says to drain the fuel from the filter using some vinyl tubing before removing the fuel filter. It doesn’t mention anything about taking the whole assembly out.

    Great video! I just changed mine today, did it exactly as you demonstrated (mine was super tight also). No bleeding required. Simples😊

    Reversing the filter mount on the bolts was simple but genius. Thank you sir.

    I keep all the O rings as spares for if and when needed down the track when you don't have one or the other gets broken. Just curious what are the 2 filters with the blue hose for?

    • @blackllama1
      @blackllama1  2 года назад

      That’s a good idea to keep the spares
      2 blue hoses are home built diff breathers. One day I will put a proper kit on it but these work fine for now

      @@blackllama1 I have purchased a set of diff breathers but as yet have not fitted them, I'll get to it one day, probably just before or after I actually need them haha...

    I would like to change mine but I'm worried about bleeding the system ....
    When I change the fuel filter shouldn't be a problem ?

    • @blackllama1
      @blackllama1  10 месяцев назад

      That shouldn’t be a problem. Just make sure you pump the hand pump till it goes hard.
      The injector pump has an air bleed off. So the air shouldn’t go to your injectors.
      As long as you should pump it up it should all be fine. The system is designed for this
