今回はリクエスト曲の”Used To Be”です👫🏼
元々は「The Girl You Used to Be」と名付けられた「Used To Be」は、AJミッチェルのデビュー・シングルです。
この曲は、現在20歳のミッチェルがまだ13歳のときに書いたものです。
13歳（日本だと中1くらい）でこんな恋愛の辛い思いを書けるなんて天才でしかないですね...✨
アコースティックバージョンをサイトに投稿した後、この曲はすぐに注目を集め、やがて2017年6月16日にリリースされました。
洋楽には「君に似た誰かを探してる」っていうフレーズが多い気がします
ニュアンス的には”君”じゃないとダメなんですけど...
その子は自分に振り向いてはくれないので、「自分を愛してくれる君に似た誰かがいたらいいのに」っていう感じだと個人的に思っています。
