Dam Mike was brilliant. One of the most underrated fighters in history

Loved to have seen him fight Duran.
And it WAS going to happen, if Emanuel Steward didn't give the fight to Hearns - a fight he set up just for the money, and no other reason - Duran didn't stand a chance.. Emanuel the Skeever
At this time Duran one of my favourite boxers stood chances against McCallum slim and none.
Did Duran, Hearns, & Leonard, duck McCallum? Of course they did.
I always thought McCallum was more versatile than Hearns -: better balance, combos, & infighting - had they fought, Hearns would have kept it at long range - because McCallum would have eaten him up on the inside.
So special he was
