We used about 3 different lifts. But might be better if u ask them to give you a ground floor room. That way you walk straight in from the main grounds.

Food was very nice, family enjoyed it.
Was it any good would you go back , the family spain and greek all incs i found are low quality on the food and drinks side so whats egypt like ?
My family really enjoyed it. The food options were good. Little one does want to go back there

Serinity fun city resort has its own water park
Please did not give us tour of your room please is there mini bar in your room
Tour of the room is in the serenity fun city resort video towards the end, Around 33min. U have a under counter fridge in the room
Did you need a visa ?
Yes, you do need a visa. You buy it at the airport on entry. £25 each person, same for adults and kids.
