    MAKE SURE YOU OPEN THE LID DAILY TO LET THE AIR OUT!
    RECIPE
    1 Napa Cabbage
    2% salt of the cabbage weight.
    1 carrot
    1 bunch spring onion
    1 tsp whole coriander seeds
    FOR PERI PERI PASTE:
    1 red bell pepper
    6 birds eye chilli
    1 red onion
    Small bush fresh coriander (not in video)
    1tsp paprika
    1tsp chilli powder
    1tsp dried oregano
    5g sea salt
    PLEASE FOLLOW THE RECIPE EXACTLY!
