The food looked absolutely fantastic! I’m a sucker for a Mexican restaurant with a salsa bar but I’ve never seen one with a hot sauce bar! Brooks, you are “The Man” for trying that much of that ghost pepper sauce!! Thanks for another great video!!!

Hi, first off my mother loves watching your videos and has even gotten me to watching them too. I wanted to ask if you would keep my family, in particularly my mom (Linda) in your prayers. My grandmother, my moms mother passed away suddenly Saturday June 22nd. I won't go into details, but there is a lot of stuff that is hurtful and upsetting with other family members involving her death and it has hit my family very hard. We are struggling with it all right now and prayer is definitely needed! Thank you
Christy here. First off, I am SO SORRY for the loss of your grandma. We will be praying God's peace and healing over you all. It's so hard. I've been there. I lost my Mom suddenly 2 years ago on July 8th. We also had some very very hurtful things said and done to us over her passing. Family can be amazing but sometimes they try to control situations or feel they have the right to do and say things they don't...in our case they way overstepped boundaries and said horrible untrue things. I've learned to forgive but I will no longer allow them into our life. It's sad...but I have to make sure that my own mental health comes first. Take care of yourselves. Hey, we have a Tijuana Flats near us & we had the steak flautas (my usual) and it was awesome , as usual. We got home, turned on your new cheese steak video. Glad we had already eaten! LOL
We have Tijuana Flats all over Tampa Bay. I love their Jason's Mom sauce. I usually buy them by the bottle. That sauce is good on just more than tacos. It goes great on steak. My friend likes putting it on salmon when he cooks. Not true Mexican, but I do like them and their sauces are better than the sauces at Torchy's Tacos.

We just finished up at Pizza Rio in Pigeon Forge and you guys gotta try it. The service is sooooo good and the choices of pizza was insanely delicious.
Great review and the food looked delicious! Sure made my microwave beef pho look pathetic! 😂 Of I want Brooks bowl with the shrimp! Yes, love pabalno peppers! My favorite, too. I like to split them in half, grill them and just put taco meat and queso on top and pop back on the grill another minute or so. Easy, fast dinner with my ninja foodie xl pro. Love that thing! Cilantro goes a long way with me. I can do some but not a lot. Hubby is allergic. His face turns beet red..just like Brookes did with that hot sauce! 😂 He took one for the team for sure! U know my Dad always luved hot stuff! He would always have a piece of bread with butter on it. He sworr it took off some of the heat! If it was 1 cough or more, it was hot enough! Enjoy!

My husband loved cilantro but me, it tastes like soap, so a no on that. I read a very interesting article not too long ago that said the like or dislike of cilantro runs in families. The article went on to say that our like or dislike of a food can go back generations. The only close family I ever heard say one way or the other was my maternal uncle, he was most definitely a foodie and would try anything once and had very few dislikes, he said that cilantro would be #1 on his list of dislikes. I know neither one of parents nor my brother will eat it, so maybe the article holds some water.😉
The article does hold water so believe it or not, there is a gene that is hereditary that makes cilantro taste like soap to some people. Lol. That’s true. It’s interesting 😊
