The tire didn't come off the bead but had a large 3" gash in the sidewall. It's a pretty rough road that can do that to a KO2 with 18PSI in it. The wheel needed repair which I had done at Wheel Techniques in San Jose. All fixed now. And bought another wheel and tire so I have a spare spare. As they say, two is one and one is none. Overall a fun trip!
I like seeing all the full-size trucks tackle some of those gnarly shelf roads! Great job on the video!
That’s me in the blue Chevy Silverado Trail Boss. The rig handled it like a champ and a great crew of spotters….great trip and trails
I think you need more lights, especially during the day.
@@mkwonderwoman1973do you have any socials or anything, I’m interested in knowing your mods?
Great job. We're local and we took our GX460 brand new off the lot to OK mine rd... bone stock on street tires... what a blast! ❤
Nice! How did it do? how was the ground clearance
Right in my backyard! All fun trails...
This style of video is great. Good job!
Great job on the film!
This was an epic adventure thanks for sharing
Maybe Pete wouldn’t have lost the bead if he had more lights on his truck lol.
I have found the best camp sites right on the other side of the 10 FWY (JTNP South)
great video! great views,
when it comes to those kind of camping spots do you have to make a reservation or is it a first come bases?
Best way to overland Joshua Tree. Drive down all the few less traveled roads. Not many options and nothing weird to cross as it is a national park. Stay on the road.
Oh, and get there during a rare snow.
You also missed all the coolest spots. By the. damn you went to there is a sweet hidden cabin. You will need to walk farther than a mile though. Well, most of the cool spots need a few more miles under foot.
How do you get to join the group?
