She accused me of taking money without follow up and I never did. I was let go but I think this was the best thing. I learned that if your boss hates you, there’s nothing you can do. You have a death sentence. If your boss is neutral yet pleasant, you’re good bc any conflict that may arise, they will give you a fair chance. We got falsely accused by a former Voice Actress of us being discriminatory towards others on the autism spectrum. When that wasn't even true because me and half of the crew involved in that production are autistic ourselves. That and the Voice Actress was fired for being unruly, stirring personal drama, and annoying team members in DMs on Discord; which we have all the receipts to. Eventually, when this girl was let go. She tried to get her friend circle to harass us online and one of them even made an Icerberg video that may or may not still be on RUclips. I refuse to look it up for mental health reasons.
People will tend to sadly believe the liars more than the victims themselves. Its truly sad and I witnessed how that affected my co-worker mentally; he nearly considered comitting suicide. of course.
unless it's about violence or sexual harassment/assault the organization usually sides with the employee who is of more value.
would it be any other way? organizations are not moral or ethical, they do follow the law because they can get in trouble if they don't, but why side with the less valuable person? it's already hard enough to find and retain talented hard working employees, why keep a lesser employee regardless if they are right or not? the entire reason you are employed is to increase sales/capital/value. now if you say the more valuable employee is toxic or evil that would already be factored into their "value." get it? all those considerations would be already assigned to their value. so in totality for ALL aspects of the employee which is more valuable should stay and the lesser leaves unless the conflict can be resolved.
from my experience most employee assess their coworker value correctly and they submit judgment/time/respect to a more valuable employee in most aspects. they know that employee is liked or seen as value by several departments and has a strong buzz. you mostly stay out of their way and try to befriend them. tribalism kicks in and you want to befriend the productive well liked and valuable people to help your own networking. that's how organizations work, everyone gets this general sense about who's hard working and talented, productive, creative, etc., and that buzz carries the person and gets them promoted. it's a very efficient system where peers more or less decide who is good and who is not -- it's very hard to fool your peers.
again, the firm only hired you to achieve its goals, nothing else. any extra services you get health care, training, vacation is because it helps achieve that goal or is a regime forced on the firm legally or through social means and they're giving you that compensation to avoid the negative effects of not providing them. you are selling your labor which is making the firm money. if you can't get along with the more productive people you should leave.
if you had a firm and one employee brought in $50 million in sales every year for the past 10 years and the second salesman brought in $200,000 every year for the past 10 years, which would you fire if you could not resolve their differences? These are no violence/harassment issues, just interpersonal/disagreement issues that prevents both from working and making any money, and the lower earning employee is technically in the right, but you can only keep one.

Someone who took over my job and projects when i left the company is was much less qualified than me and largely inexperienced in our line of work. I then found out that he slandered me through word of mouth. I find it very hard to believe that i made a huge error since i am very competent and experienced, and made sure i quadruple checked everything before i left. I called all my former colleagues and they said my work is fine. One of my colleagues who now works with him said hes terrible and has complained to management about him several times. The guy lives in my building so i run into him sometimes. Every time he sees me, hes very dodgy and acts very weird. So once i asked him if there was any thing wrong with my work and if everything was ok. He immediately began acting strangely and said everything was fine (obviously a lie). Every time i see him, he acts dodgy and weird. One day i couldnt take it anymore, i had to let him know what hes doing is wrong and illegal, so i saw him walking on the street and asked if i could have a word...he uttered something and kept walking (weird and dodgy as usual). So i yelled to make sure he could hear as he walked away -SLANDER IS ILLEGAL. I could tell he heard it i think.

I was accused at work recently and it ended up getting me written up to a Final Warning. I have been having issues with my manager over the past 5 months and she got upset at me because I was trying to explain the challenges of the project to her but she got on the defensive and just walked away from me. I went back to the project and started to vent and the only word that came out of my mouth was "This Is Bullshit".. My manager has a high turnover and their are two other employees that have Finals on their record because they had similar issues with her as well. All my managers and other teams told me to not work for this woman that she may be a Gaslighted at work/Harasser.

At 2:07 minutes: Arkady: Are you serious? Just concede? Show no hurt nor shock? This would shock the manager regarding the lack of emotion and would signify guilt or not caring. I would avoid complaining without some form of emotion: Not craziness, but with stern, sensible, and serious expressions.

Eddy, showing normal, human reaction is understenable. What I meant to say is that there is no reason to fight. It's not the same as conceding. Also, showing or not showing emotion is not evidence of admitting guilt, and it has no relevance to your ability to make a legal claim later.

The next day I caught hell which was an understatement, the store manager GailbScavetta and trainer Lenny Tramonte FALSELY ACCUSED me of stealing merchandise(cigarettes, alcohol)
stealing time, concealing items. I told them all I did was unscrew the top, didn't apply to my face, didn't steal anything but they didn't believe me, in fact the trainer THREE TIMES blatant says "WHAT ELSE HAVE YOU STOLEN"? I answered back that I haven't stolen anything.
Looking back I should've gotten a attorney taken them to court and I would've made fools of them, but was informed to not go through with it.
After I left the company I did retaliate against Gail Scavetta, she pressed charges against me but again she couldn't prove anything.

I was denied and then turned on investigation and we do not have an HR department my supervisor ignored my story and denied me to see proof or evidence of what I was accused of. I was falsely accused at my place of work. I'm a chef by profession and it's been absolutely everything to me, I've dedicated my life to this profession. I'm currently 28 years old. One of my employees who was underage, 17 years old reported to my leadership team I had sexually assaulted her. There was no proof, no evidence, no accounts or witnesses because it never happened. My leadership team in turn decided to take her statement. They never took mine. They instead told my whole staff what they had heard. My work environment became so toxic I couldn't even work. I had to resign because no one would even look at me, or even have a conversation. I was not charged with any crime, I was never even reprimanded by my leadership team even before my resignation, I wasn't even notified of any misconduct. They have used it against me and I can't even find a job at all in my WHOLE state. They've labeled me and branded me. I'm still living with this today, I've never hurt anyone. I'm trying to be strong but it's so hard. I never thought I'd be in a situation like this. Praying this never happens to anyone, and if it does just hold on to whatever you can and be strong. This is incredibly painful.

I am a 28 years old lecturer of literature and philosophy at a University. Some of my female students scored low in the subject because of their extremely poor performance in the exam. Those 3 girls had come to me after the exam and were continuously requesting to award them with high grades. In a formal tone, I told them : "I have to check the papers, first, then I will be in a state to decide." When I examined their papers, they were horrible. All the answers were absolutely irrelevant. I finally announced the result. 2 days later, I received an email feom the HR department of the university that some students had submitted complaints of harassment against me.
I have never uttered any extra word in front of a student other than academic lectures. They falsely accused me of harassment. 4 months later, I was issued a written notification in which it was mentioned that I shall be exonerated from the charges of harassment. My colleagues congratulated me. However; still, psychologically I'm not the same as I used to be. I am so traumatized. I used to be very happy and satisfied at my workplace. I was so motivated and enthusiastic about teaching. Now, I still try to do justice to my profession but the environment over there feels so toxic.

Instead of spending so much money on the whole drug free policy employers should focus on having every inch (except restrooms of course) of the job site under video and audio surveillance. It would not take as many cameras as one would think. I don't think anyone should be high on drugs at work but by going my route the cameras would back up a coworker or managers concern that an individual is performing and/or acting alarmingly out of character. Some would feel as though they were being spied upon and say it would be invasive but I believe many of those people are the ones that are creating most toxic work environments to begin with. You are paid to show up and perform an assigned task to help your employer do the one and only thing it strives to.......achieve a healthy and growing in the black bottom line. This would even get these goof-ball managers motivated to be more competent especially if a copy of the recording is sent to a third party database. But it will never happen because of that. Generally, the only thing you can do is tell your side of the story calmly and truthfully and try to avoid attacking the accuser as much as possible. The rest will be up to the decision maker of who to believe and which action to take in response. If there is a witness who has firsthand knowledge that the girl is accusing you for improper reasons, then that witness can be very helpful as well.

      Is tolerated in BOSTON MA
YES IF YOU HAVE BEEN ABUSED IN ANY WAY

SO BRING A FRIEND AND HAVE A GOOD TIME
AS LONG AS YOU HAVE PAID ONE NIGHT STAY IN A LUXURIOUS HOTEL
      AND BOUGHT LUNCH
