- Well I have caught the Safari bug. I really wanted to hunt this over the summer but I messed up my DS' clock accidentally and it ruined my plans so I had to postpone them. I'm hunting mostly in Gen 7 for now but I was doing this on the side and I'm not complaining at all. I have a plethora of targets in Johto's Safari Zone, some of which are a really difficult catch. i know this video is almost 4 years old at this point haha but i was wondering how you knew the catch rate for the slowbro 'first ball'? been trying to figure out how to calculate it and cant figure it out through google or the pokemon encounter calculator.
Now, I think people who do RE shinies are mad, there are so many options to increase those odds, but you, you sir, take the biscuit, and the tea, and the sugar......RE in safari zone where they are even more likely to flee? You're insane

You have to wait 40 days. You can't exploit the SZ in Gen 4 with the DS clock.
