Great Relaxing Video. I’m so glad you didn’t speed it up 10x the actual speed!!!
Thanks, its hard to please everyone, as different speeds are liked. vids get too long at normal speed 👍
Nice job, what's the model of your hedge trimmer?
Cheers, I was using the Makita DUH754SZ single sided trimmer and the makita DUN500WZ long reach 👍
Can I ask what the advantage is of a single sided trimmer over a standard double please? Looks like it works really well and never used one 👍🏻
The singles are a lot more comfortable to use and feel lighter due to weight distribution and how you hold it. I find them easier to use when doing the sides of hedges and find i am more accurate, its all personal preference though 👍
@@RJLgardens thanks that’s really helpful I shall try one out. It clearly won’t be the same in my amateur hands 😂 but worth a go 👍🏻
Loving your work and the channel! What model is the ladder you use? It looks lovely and stable. Thanks.
Thanks, its the hendon 8ft tripod 3 leg adjustable. 👍
@@RJLgardens Oh sweet, I ordered the same the other day. Looking forward to getting propper high.

@@RJLgardens lol i was genuinely puzzled mate as the property looks like its just on a normal street👍
@@thegeordiefellwalker8878 Thats their private drive mate so all good.
Hi, what is the best month of the year (in the UK) to cut back a ginormous laurel hedge? Ours has leaves on the front but not much behind and it screens us from the neighbours so we don't want it to look bare. Thank you.
I would do it very late winter/early spring
@@RJLgardens Thank you so much for the reply. Much appreciated.
