Original trailer - • Grand Theft Auto VI Tr...
EDIT1 - I noticed in further review that it says "Leonard County" on the Broward type cars. Not Leonida.

I love the fact they added multiple police and sheriff departments within GTA VI. As well as a loreified FHP. This game is gonna be the best of the Decade. And I can’t wait to see what it entails when it releases.
righttt?
that is what i was hoping for and when i saw FHP i freaked out.
I think I'll just keep all the stock cop cars they look so good
yeah thats because in florida we have a police department for each county
did you catch the bravado cop car. I see why they mentioned that players should think twice before breaking the law
Leave it to Jeff to have the best trailer breakdowns out of any content creator on the platform. Only 15 minutes in and I’ve learned so much.
This will be a fantastic game if it’s like the trailer. I love the population, the massive map with the Everglades, Country Side, Vice City itself, and The Keys! The new vehicles look great and I believe this is the most Law Enforcement presence in any GTA Trailer. Vice-Dale County Police/Sheriff’s Office, Fish and Wild Life, at least one other Sheriff’s Office, and Highway Patrol, all with a very diverse fleet old and new!
The GTA V Engine needs a break, Rockstar has put so much load on the current one, especially with online updates. This new engine for VI looks incredible!
Thank you Jeff for your amazing breakdowns, especially like MSFS and others. Whenever there is a trailer like this, I go to you!
Better than channels dedicated to it
I came down to the comments to say exactly that; this is by far the best GTA 6 trailer breakdown. This is the fourth one I've watched and no doubt blows the rest away. I should have just waited and only watched yours, Jeff... I know you've been meticulously watching and getting the scoop. Thanks for all of the work you've put in to keep us updated. Really appreciate it.
This was the breakdown I was waiting for cause I know he’d do it right
I'm curious if any of the density we have seen will actually be in the game (wild animals, beach crowds, etc) or if the trailer is just packing as much into each frame to satisfy our hunger... Jeff did great!
@@kipsnip that’s what I was thinking about, but when you look at the past first trailers for the previous GTA Games, they are pretty close to what you got in the game.
GTA VI could put more in for this trailer because it is one of the most anticipated games. Who knows, it’s a new era of gaming, I’m just hoping for the best!
I was expecting a trailer breakdown video from Jeff, but I would never have guessed it would be almost an hour long! Dedicated GTA channels aren't even going this in depth!
Extremely impressive breakdown. You pointed out dozens of things that I (and alot of other creators) missed. The game looks absolutely amazing and we are still probably 2 years out.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I’m guessing it’s closer to just under a year and a half
After more inspection, the opening scene is indeed Hamlet (Homestead) looking northeast at Vice City. The two bumps and gas gens on the right are Turkey Point. The other prison (leonida state prison) is still located northwest towards port gellhorn. This means we will have two prisons in GTA 6.
Been told this map will be twice if not triple the size of V's one.
If that's true, it'll make for an interesting road trip!
I'm sure you're looking forth to do OCRP and FiveM (probs SixM then) there!
As for base GTA, I hope they'll make it so that the police actually is able to ticket you.
It looks promising, but just like IV and V, things will change or get added before release, at least thats what I keep in mind.
@TobiasRieper047 part of that too is that with it being in Florida, they can't cover 70% of the map with mountains so even if the map happened to be the same size, even though I'm sure it will be bigger. Just with the space that mountains take up in the five map would make it feel a whole lit bigger as well. I know some of it will be swamp, but you know what I mean
at 53:58 you see that they have made the return of ifruit phone company and maybe you can buy stuff with ifruit pay just like apple pay
I can't wait for it
The sheriff cars say Leonard County not Leonida. :)
I’m so happy that someone who actually knows things did a breakdown
Yes. I also like how, because he's interested in all forms of transportation, you won't get some yahoo who can't tell a Chevrolet from a Dodge or you won't see him refer to an airboat as a "hovercraft" like I saw someone else do when they were doing their breakdown of the trailer.
Well he does overanalyze some things. Like in the beginning when he says that boating is probably going to be a big thing based on a car towing a boat even though it's just a random vehicle that was also present in V.
This trailer is exactly why I have been so patient with rockstar. It takes a long time to make these games at this level of detail/quality but it pays off big time. This will be one of the most monumental games of all time.
My sentiments exactly, this trailer shows what all that patience and hard work is producing.
I've lived in Florida my whole life, and this has to be one of the best adaptations i've ever seen of it in terms of a AAA open world title. They absolutely nailed the atmosphere and diverse communities that are in South Florida!
The mountains/hills are definitely interesting tho, hopefully they don't stand out too much
@@GiovanniTiradoGT I really think that were probably going to get some parts of georgia in the upper parts of the map
@@ungabunga7879 i definitely think we will but the hills kinda bleed down really close to the everglades. I'm hoping rockstar advertises them as trash hills so its more realistic but also adds more terrain
Just a deep thank you. Not only for what you have done for us in OCRP, but also the GTA community as a whole. I truly appreciate you. 🍻
I appreciate that
💙
If Rockstar pull this off and it's as detailed and in depth as they are leading to this could easily be the best action/adventure video game released to date.
I absolutely am in love with the beach scene… the diversity of all the peds and how CROWDED the beach is just adds so much to the realism… and of course the attention to detail. You brought up things I would’ve never seen like the AirPods for instance. Small things like that make a huge difference in the realism of these games!
I've seen the trailer a few times and this breakdown made me realize the level of absolute carnage plowing through these crowds is going to be like 😅. I could almost see a GTA controversy coming back since it's so realistic or some shit lol
I just cant seem to get over the amount of detail. Pausing the video and just staring at cetain frames, it's hard to tell the difference between a real life picture. Bravo Rockstar, you've done it again. 👏
Yes! The very next video I wanted after the trailer release was your frame by frame trailer breakdown! Amazing as always, Jeff. We have so much to look forward to with GTA VI. Seems like the map might be more than we thought! At least 3 counties, plus those hilly regions with vegetation that isn’t very Florida-like. Looks amazing. GTA Vice City was the first GTA game I played as a kid, so to see we’re returning there hits me right in the childhood. Exciting stuff, man!
Love the freeway signs. My pet peeve with GTA5 is the overall lack of freeway and street signs.
Me too. I liked that there was a highway system in GTA 5, but even then the signs weren't always right. Like the two I-1 signs, one for "West" and the other "north". Or just about all the signs on the Senora Fwy. Or the sign north on Rte 1 through Raton Canyon that said it was I-1 as well. And then the exit numbers on the interstates didn't match for each direction either.
Looks like Rockstar is doing more homework and detail on the highways in this game though! The interstates, I've seen signs for US 1,2 and 3 in the leaks and trailers. And Florida State Route signage in a couple of leaks too. I do wonder if I-404 is connected to an in game I-4 though, since 404 means it's supposed to be an auxiliary route of the 4, so I guess we'll see there lol. But the signage for the highways so far looks terrific!
I'm addicted to these videos from last 2 months 😖😵
Great content Jeff! I think you add a lot of context having lived in Florida that many other creators can't provide and excited for the next 12-18 months of hype.
Best breakdown by far. I just knew we were gonna get a good slo-mo, frame by frame, breakdown full of details and info based on years of experience. Even better that he lived in Florida, so he knows the real spots! And he studied the trailer and took his time instead of rushing to push out a video. Good work!
a breakdown that actually breaks things down, thanks
With this game you’ll actually be able to re-create OCRP. Perfect setting for your Roleplay
this breakdown was insane. the attention to detail is wildd like I've watched multiple breakdown videos and everybody always finds different details its nutss
I really like implementing all the different police divisions. Having a true designated highway patrol in addition to those different city units is pretty cool!
I know this is probably not the main topic of this trailer, but the first thing I thought about when I saw the beach and how amazing it looks was RPing the Miami Air and Sea show, taking a jet out and demonstrating for the beach like a sea air show! Gosh I’m so damn excited to see what aviation is like!!
I'm so pumped. Can't wait to see the roll play. 😁
Thank you Jeff! Wow I’ve been here watching you in those GTA 4 LCPDFR days and now looking at GTA 6… holy cow! Time flies! You were the first one I went to as soon as this trailer dropped! Very excited for this new experience!
Thank you so much for the many years of support
How has every single person that has done you missed that Lucia is holding a Glock?!! GTA game in the past has had Glocks
We can always count on Jeff to give us an amazingly detailed walkthrough or video in general! Thanks for taking the time to put this together for us! I really enjoy every bit of the new GTA VI Trailer breakdown
Thanks for the frame by frame detail of this trailer Jeff. Supper excited for this release and where you and the ocrp community will take the RPs. Gonna be an awesome journey to follow!
An interesting note on the "PETTY FOREVER" sticker on the store window at 54:00: The trailer song, 'Love Is A Long Road' was on Tom Petty's album "Full Moon Fever". The color gradient on the sticker shown is the same as the real album cover itself, as well as the font! Tom Petty was a Florida native (Gainesville).
Thanks Jeff for making a proper, in depth, breakdown on the trailer rather than just rushing out a video 30 minutes after the trailer released like everyone else did
Great breakdown with an added level of insight and extra research that most other rushed breakdowns simply don’t offer - thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Great breakdown, thanks Jeff! The details are mind boggling. I always loved the open world in GTA's and this looks beyond amazing, it will be so fun to explore the map :)
You and me both!
I started watching you play GTA:4 LCPDFR when you worked at the airport Jeff and now here we are GTA 6! Glad I'm still around.
This is the real video I was looking forward to! 😂 Super excited for you Jeff and everyone who has been waiting for this game forever.
I'm sure the story will be fun and all, but I'm most excited to explore, especially the natural areas. I hope they have a ton more wildlife than even the trailer shows. I'd love a sidequest or achievement to find and document all wildlife similar to what RDR2 had. Thanks for the breakdown Jeff. I knew you'd put out something more thorough, thought-out, and interesting than most.
I’m seeing a lot of hunting rp potential
I'm sure they can reuse a bunch of the animals from RDR2
@@trignite Reusing animals doesn't mean they're going to have anywhere near as much wildlife as RDR2.
@@JBAlternate it probably will have more than rdr2, at least on the sea for sure... We will get probably a whole subnautica game inside gta 6 😂😂😂
I’m defiantly looking forward to this game. Thank you for the breakdown Jeff, I hope you’re doing well. Keep up the great work and take care!
Seriously though you have the best breakdown I’ve seen on YT. Nice job man! Thanks for spending the time out of your day to make this for all of us! 👏🏻💚 This is all so exciting! I’m also just so excited to see you all eventually RP in this. It’s gonna be wild! I can’t wait! 😬
GTA 7 isn’t coming out till 2040 in all seriousness
literally😭 GTA5 came out in 2013, GTA6 is getting released in 2025, thats 12 years, so GTA7 should be released in 3037, but with the 4th Red Dead coming by probably 2033-34, the same way Red Dead 3 (Redemption II) was dropped in between GTA 5 & 6, GTA7 will be announced in 2043-44 and released by 2048 including delays😭😭
@@C9LD I would add even longer. If they decide on expanding on the map. Adding places etc.
GTA7 gonna take 24 years to come out
@@C9LD bro why you are assuming we are getting a 4th red dead game lmao
@@Jl-qg5xz because Red Dead doesn't have to be Redemption. honestly it wouldn't even have to be a Revolver sequel either, it could be something like Red Dead Revenge, Red Dead Ruins or Red Dead Rising, whatever those would even be about. But regardless, a new RDR title that isn't Revolver or Redemption
Edit: RDRising could probably replace undead nightmare in being the non-canon zombified version of the storymode.
Great breakdown, Jeff! I think that the Interstate 404 relating to I-4 makes sense, but it's extra funny because it could be viewed as the 404 error that shows up when a page can't be found. Maybe as a joke to how abysmal I-4 is in real life.
Yeah I-4 isn’t in Miami I was mixing it up with Orlando. 404 would be IRL 75
@@jfavignano Good point. I was hoping for I-4 so maybe Rockstar could have programmed extra bumper-to-bumper traffic and constant construction for the authenticity lol.
Let’s go canes baby
@@themikerophone1 Yes sir can't wait for them to handle Rutgers in the Pinstripe Bowl
Imagine Director Mode playing as a Aligator
imagine the amount of interactions in director mode, can possibly make a entire movie with 2Billion dollars worth of production!
Best review I’ve seen so far Jeff!
When the car was sliding around that corner with the two characters in it, I paused it, and the attention to detail even in the different size brake rotors for front and rear is insane. They did a very good job with this!
Thanks! 👍
You already know people are planning an "impossible stunt" jump through that hole between the buildings
Such an amazing in depth review. Haven’t seen anyone go this much in depth. Thanks Jeff!
I love the variety of cars in the police forces, gives it just that much more realism.
Cars I saw:
Crown Victoria (stanier)
Explorer
Charger
Challenger
Taurus
Bettern than all of the reviews out there, Thanks for the upload jeff you're the best!!
I have a feeling we’re gonna get more information about this game that will be insane. I feel like considering it’s taken so long that everything will be able to be interacted with- most interiors will be accessible possibly even without loading, all vehicles, not just cars, will be accessible and drivable, and the world as a whole will feel even more alive than gta 5. After seeing this trailer I don’t mind waiting another year and a half, rockstar never disappoints! And thank you for making this video! This is the best breakdown by far- not rushed and very in depth. Very excited for this game and all the potential for VCPDFR, RP, and the game itself.
This is one of the best breakdowns I've seen so far. Quite a few things I didn't notice that you pointed out. I'm so excited for this game as someone who used to live in Florida and misses it they nailed the atmosphere perfectly as far as the trailer goes.
Venetian causeway is absolutely gorgeous. The EZ-pass/Sun pass for the toll booths is a cool feature… even just to have those stickers on the cars adds so much realism.
absolutely astounding job on the breakdown Jeff, you noticed SO many things I didn't! Hope to see your breakdowns of the rest of the trailers as soon as we get them
i’m excited for the new vehicles. looks like lots more variety for story mode
*Girl showing off Bikini* Jeff: "and if you notice on the rail you can see the weathering details." haha great analysis Jeff!
jeff i think i saw a dually truck at the gas station in the scene where the cop was chasing that man. what if they added that as a spec for certain trucks. how cool. im stoked for the mudding as well
21:41 Ah yes, the old Overseas Railroad Bridge! A "small" project undertaken by the Florida East Coast Railway to bring trains to Key West. Nice to see lots of inspiration taken from the real life locations!
Best GTA6 trailer breakdown!
Looks like an insane environment for VCPDFR in the future!!
Idk if I'm more excited for the next trailer or the next trailer breakdown! great work, Jeff!
I love how much the vehicles in this look like irl cars. Used to be that they were 2 cars combined and sorta resembled an irl car. Also, I’m assuming “Vice-Dale county” is a play on Miami-Dade county
This was dope! Great breakdown man!
Appreciate it!
SixM is gonna be crazy
Sorry to be a downer, but the creators of FiveM said that SixM isn't going to happen. TakeTwo Interactive told them no, shortly after buying them out.😟
This the best breakdown I’ve seen so far
I'm glad you brought up Wynwood! 14:33 on center left you can see a famous graffiti artist, ATOMIK MSG from Miami! Really cool to see local artists in the scene considering how much Wynwood is a tourist attraction for street artists globally
15:39 better view
Probably one of the best GTA 6 breakdowns I've seen. Liked and subbed.
Thank you and welcome to the channel!
The trailer looks so good. I can’t wait to see the finished product.
Jeff this is why I watch. Of all the GTA RUclipsrs I watch, YOU have given the most detailed breakdown. Not just “oh wow this car is here” or “the graphics are awesome” You actually talk about the small things too, which most are skimming over. Keep it up!!
I can't tell you how excited I am for this game. After playing RDR2 for four years and seeing how far Rockstar progressed from 2013 to 2018, I'm really looking forward to seeing what a release in 2025 will look like.
As much as I love GTA V, I think RDR2 is their true magnum opus. I just hope they take some of those immersion elements from RDR2 and implement them into GTA VI. I don't know if my heart can take two years of waiting, though. haha
You put the time in for sure man!! I love it, your breakdown made me more excited than the trailer itself. Thanks for everything buddy!
Glad you enjoyed!
I can’t wait to see VCPDFR
I am French, and my very first trip to the US more than 10 years ago was to Miami, the Everglades and the Keys. I have picked up that destination back in the days because when I was younger Vice City was my favorite game and my dream was to drive on the Ocean Dr with the flashy neon lights. It feels very special that GTA goes back to Vice City. I am looking forward to the future RP videos with you Jeff, this is going to be a great journey and 2025 cannot come soon enough !
Far out! This is by far thr best and most descriptive trailer analysis on RUclips, thanks Jeff!
Can’t wait to watch you play VCPDFR
Love you JFav. Can’t wait to watch you play this in 2 years. Cheers!
I find it odd that there are identical cars from gta 5 I hope that if they re used them they atleast updated them to look next gen
No vehicle shown here is a direct model from GTA V. If you look closely with high resolution, you can see even the ones that were probably ported (Bison, Bobcat, Sandking, some from the car scene), they've been remodeled to have a huge amount of detail. They have 3D head/tail lights (not just textures), realistic wipers, mirrors, center brake lights, windshield washer sprayers, gas caps, etc.!
@@APatriotRevival The scene with the cars lined up on the side of the road has the red grotti and the blue corvette they look similar but different than gta 5 especially the grotti tail lights and in the scene with the side show drifting there is my car twice both with new add-ons such as my exact bumper that was not present in gta 5 so they could be updated models it's hard to tell once you zoom in there is also the buccaneer but again it's hard to see if it's newer, I hope your right I don't want to see them re-use cars especially interiors because they kinda sucked.
@@APatriotRevival Yup, you can also see the re texturing of the interior doorpanel on the Cheetah at the ocean drive scene when the door is open. Cant really tell how much more detailed it is obviously, but it is vastly different than the one in GTA V. And they wouldnt have changed it to make it worse.
@@JakeB84936 They ported IVs cars for V because they were rushed and were still using a similar style. Clearly they've gone for hyper-realism this time. We'll have to wait and see for sure, but every vehicle I've seen has these quality updates. I think they finally used a quality control list to make sure all vehicles had the right additions. That old Malibu Caprice even had one! That year was before they were federally required, but Chevy was already doing them.
@@TheGamingNorwegian Agreed. Can't wait to see the vast amount of high detail here. The crowding of shops and restaurants are amazing, as well.
As soon as the trailer was announced I was excited for Jeff to do a breakdown. Love it!
THIS is the video we have truly waited for!! Thanks Jeff!
I was informed by Mr.CivRyan that you would make this video and he didn’t lie. Great video of the breakdown and I can’t wait for this game to come out!!!
I woke up this morning expecting this video from you and you did not disappoint.
Your attention to detail is unmatched due to your love for this franchise.
Best breakdown/analysis from the GOAT himself. Thanks for this, Jeff. So hyped.
Perfect breakdown. Look forward to your video on trailer 2 whenever it drops 👌
Can't wait!
You forgot to mention that the sheriffs unit in the motorcycle takeover scene is a charger! Super cool that they finally are adding a charger unit!
Fantastic attention to detail! You pointed out what so many have missed. My OCD thanks you! You really nailed it. I'm a Florida Keys local and the Bahia Honda bridges are almost a perfect 1 to 1 scale and the little detail of Fat Albert blew me away when first watching the trailer. The only thing you missed there was the Coast Guard? boat in front of the barges and of course where are the barges going? It seems like a lot of the bigger vessels don't have a sense of water depth or direction? Maybe they are just placeholders for the cinematic shots? Or like the 747s, they are just closer to the shore than usual to add more of an effect on the gameplay. It will be interesting to see what the water traffic looks like in the game once it has been released. In the end, if they just put half the details and lore in other parts of the map as they did with that one shot of the keys, we are looking at a true masterpiece! Also a note on the round hills, they are actually very common amongst the panhandle of Florida (between Pensacola and Tallahassee area) plus there is Sugarloaf Mountain the highest point of Florida northwest of Orlando. The one thing that did make me look twice was the cliff in that last scene, like you said doesn't look very much like Florida but it could also just be an odd hillside in the areas mentioned above. Thanks again for the amazing video! I know it seems like everyone says this and maybe we all have but I've been watching since the LCPDFR days and it's crazy looking back over the years and to see us now breaking down the GTA 6 trailer! Just wow!
Thanks man
The best breakdown of this trailer! Excellent job!
This is the best trailer breakdown
Well done good sir, thank you for your dedication!! Enjoyed every minute of this video and you’ve brought a lot to light in it! Cheers!
I noticed the amount of wildlife moving around and the amount of people in some of the scenes. Pretty cool. I'm also befuddled by the amount of details you noticed that I would probably completely overlook.
Can't even imagine how much fun this game going to be, really excited to play it and watch Jeff play it!!
Best breakdown I’ve seen so far. 👍👍
There was so much to unpack from this trailer, and there's no one I'd rather watch break it down but you, Jeff! Thanks for the detailed analysis and the great video as always :)
Very cool breakdown of the gta 6 trailer. You spotted so much more stuff than I did the first 10 times I watched it lol. Great work!! 👍🏾
OMG jeff!! Im So Happy rn watching your GTA6 video Breakdown❤😂
This is the type of breakdown video I was waiting for. Looking forward to trailer 2
I really enjoyed this in-depth look at the trailer and can’t wait to see more GTA VI content in the future (trailers, and the actual game of course)!
Thank you for the video. Haven’t watched it yet but I know It’ll be good
Best breakdown ive seen!
Ayeee Jeff we all get to be apart of history!! Thank you Jeff
Been watching so many these, yours def the best. While seeing the over veiw shot of the city, if you look at the headlights you can see cars with LED and one older car with halogen headlights. Which I have not seen anyone cover just yet.
Absolutely phenomenal trailer breakdown! I am super excited just like you! This game can’t come soon enough!
I hope we can soon learn what their plan is with the purchasing of FiveM and if we are going to get custom servers for consoles, etc.
Great break down, I've seen some people being disappointed with the trailer, but they're not actually taking everything in like you are. I am confident this game will meet expectations. Keep up the great work!
The best trailer breakdown I've watched. Amazing work!
*Nice breakdown, Jeff.*
I seen about 10 breakdown videos and this is by far the best as always great work Jeff thank you
Awesome breakdown, Jeff! I appreciate your thoughts and the information!
Thank you Jeff! Looks amazing. Can't wait for it to be released!
