Two sons and the wife of Panda Ram Kishore Mishra, the teerth purohit of Ayodhya who was also a Congress leader, saw Bhagwanji's face a number of times and never had any doubt about his identity.
Mishra and his son also saw Bhagwanji's face just before his body was cremated at Guptar Ghat on 18 September 1985.

Chandra choor ji ..क्या कभी भगत सिंह का जिक्र किया था गुमनामी बाबा ने ओर भगवन जी ने। क्योंकि मैंने पढ़ा है कि 1928-1929 में सुभाष चन्द्र बोस जी और मोतीलाल नेहरू जी भगत सिंह से मिलने जेल गए थे। बाद में प्राण नाथ मेहता जी से भगत सिंह जी ने सुभाष बाबू और मोतीलाल नेहरू जी को धन्यवाद देने को कहा था। सुभाष जी ने 1931 में गांधी जी से भगत सिंह की फांसी को लेकर बहस भी की थी।
