    The Cacao tree, the beans inside the fruit is what you call barako beans. You dry it under the sun, toast it until it turns black, grind and brew it for coffee. Native barako coffee is the best in the Philippines. Nice little zoo.

    ....... 3:50 - nah it's not a Philippine eagle....... it's illegal to keep one.......only the DENR can keep and breed it btw......... :)

      I asked the same question. When the owner returns from Switzerland he gets it out and they ride. The wife told me they keep it enclosed so the critters don't crawl all over it.
