I sent to their email address and I am waiting. so anyone still waiting make a refresh and even try to change your password as I made, because after that I got the next step message. I made it 2 times and it worked with me. Good luck for every person.

Well I was hoping that atleast they put us volunteers in some mutual accomodation since everything is booked. Ofcourse I am paying for the flight, no questions there, but... I received the email to start the Step 2 of the Volunteer Journey but have not been able to complete it because the system is asking me for an authentication code while login with my credentials (email and password). Is someone struggling with the same error? Which authentication code should I I input? I have been in touch with the Organization and as of today, unfortunately no resolution. They only mentioned on the help guide that they want to start to send the answers in the mid of July. But there are dates available for the interview till August. So, no clear deadline for any of the steps.
I have not got level 2 trial email. Mistakely i fill up for fan zones role. Which is for qatar people. Is that the reason i havent got any email? I dont understand anything 😢
That's not reason dear the email will come anytime Insha Allah, for us who lives in Qatar we just got email 6 days back and those who are abroad got theirs two weeks ago. We can change your role on your dashboard pliz
