Most of the gameplay of Gravity Rush 2 is similar to its predecessor. The moose Satan creature you fight is Wolp, By the way. King Cai's guardian.
Also, Syd doesn't control all the nevi. He can control a certain amount using the device(Which is how he controls them as Alias), But he isn't the source of all the evil nevi. The device is actually shown in the first game, He starts to pull it out once Kat is frozen, Before Cyanea stops him and tells him not to interrupt the dream.
He was Alias to push Kat, To convince her to become the hero that Hekseville needed.
Also, Did you notice the mayor holding the red crystal at the end of gravity Rush 1? He received the message that Kat sent down. That's why he was all "No, The shifter couldn't be..." Or whatever.
Ik this is 3 years later but that destructive force taking over Wolp.
I would love a Gravity Rush 3. I do agree that Kat’s story is finished.
It would be cool to have a new protagonist at a different point in time. It would be cool if they used weapons while shifting too, like a mashup of Kat and Yunica’s fighting style.
I nearly teared up at the end!
Didn't cut this episode like I normally do all that much.

You're thoughts at the end are so spot on. I love Kat and Raven so much and I wanted them to be happy. And when Raven turned around and smiled I smiled a tearful smile so wide too.
This is such a good game.
Shame about the Raven DLC, but I'm very grateful for this playthrough! I know both games are flawed, but GR2 is my favorite game because of the characters, art, music, and exploration. Because I liked the exploration and characters, I didn't feel like I needed more incentive to do the side quests other than seeing Kat helping people no matter how menial the task and seeing her interactions with them. However, I completely understand how it could feel like a chore going to all the convos and side quests and collecting all the gems if you didn't enjoy exploration as much. I mean, to this day I still like just randomly free-roaming the maps in the game because I find it fun and relaxing. There are lots of different things different players look for in games, and that's what can really make the world of gaming fun and diverse, so despite their flaws, I'm glad you were still able to enjoy the games and finish both playthroughs ^^ Thank you ♡
I lowkey teared up a bit whenever they mention Kat in between conversations, everyone’s literally in despair and Raven being alone without Kat is really sad. I really hope there will be Gravity Rush 3 soon or something. I really enjoyed watching this series
I defeated her by repeatedly dodging around on the ground and tossing things up, I was like "fuck trying to fight her in any fun way, just roll and chuck."
I'll miss this series a lot, but I look forward to danganronpa, keep it up Xeno
Oh, did you ever actually watch the Overture? Lol xD I saw different comments kind of discourage the idea of watching it, but honestly I really loved it. GR would make a good anime if it had proper budget lol
I had originally played the first game all the way through and I loved it. And when I had seen they made a remastered version I got it and played as much as I could, but never got the chance to finish it. Seeing how powerful and tear jerking the ending was, was absolutely awestriking. I was so happy when Kat was (somewhat) brought back in the very end, and seeing Ravens reaction to seeing her again made me so happy T~T
I took a lot of pictures of ducks throughout my playthrough and well, that credit sequence was one odd trip down memory lane

I haven’t felt this kind of “post-game sadness” in a long while. sad to see how he was disappointed in some of the gameplay which I mostly liked but I can see where he’s coming from. I’m glad some youtubers are still keeping let’s plays alive. I really hope this franchise continues, and if so, I’ll be the first to watch it here!

There's quite a bit of additional lore and story in the Traveling couple sidequest from the first game and the Saghassi related sidequests in this game. The couple sidequests Raven appear are also amazing. There's also the unlockable costumes. I will say 100%ing 2 feels a lot more like a chore compared to the first game. Mostly because of the optional end game bonus dungeon you didn't unlock that's random whether you can even attempt it at that moment.

I notice that your max health really low; and it seems you can only hold three objects at once? That's surprising, since the Stasis Field is often a lot more useful than the Gravity Kicks in this game, unlike the first game.
+TheLegendOfSora73 I didn't really grind or do much side stuff at all. And I figured since you fight most bosses in the sky that I should just spec more into gravity kick.
I think the V3 Embargo fell on the 19th. I am not sure though, better check up on that.

Boring and uninspired does not match this game as a description you literally get lunar and Jupiter powers and can create black holes and fight giant mutants on top of buildings and it did repeat the same part but at least it's switched it up and made it interesting that's how we actually got to know the vent win who is trying to take over the city and why he was doing it cuz before we didn't get anything about it
