The white vinegar is for your collards!! NC vinegar is a reddish color and has a lot of pepper in it! Has is traditionally made with the liver's, Gizzards and other internal organs but I believe Doc's is made just with pork.

Will do, but surprised me it is 15.99 or something, we got senior discount and that was like 14.50 per person, walked out 30 something dollars short. Idk, not like the good ole days.💯😎
