Fox River Walleye 2023 - Part 1: The Big Shaker Beatdown

It was a crazy weekend on the fox river in De Pere. What started out slow on the first morning, turned into the start of one of the best weekends I have ever had on the Fox River ice fishing. Once again, the Big Shaker (we are not sponsored....we aren't good enough) bait was the ticket to landing the vast majority of the fish. The walleyes couldn't resist the presentation of all the blades that the bait has to offer. It's always a good time when Darin comes to town. I think the guy attracts fish. Obviously the weather the last few days have had an effect on the ice. As I type this, there are still guys getting after it, but the days are numbered. If you do get out, be safe. And if you don't go ice fishing this year anymore, I hope this video helps you land a bunch of walleyes next winter. Time to get the boat ready!
