Hi there. Many folk go to extraordinary lengths for their electrical needs. Some spend huge dollars. I don’t get it. You seem to manage with the most basic of set ups. Your thoughts? I love basic setup (trouble free). Love the 76.
Love the setup guys, ive been looking into The Bush Company RTT but i can't find a reliable source for the roof load rating on the 76 series and nothing in the manual, with everything you have bolted on, awnings, rack, RTT how much weight in total do you think you have on the roof? Under 150kg?
Hi there, we’ve got a decent estimate of around that 150kgs including load bars as we don’t have a rack. Correct that there is no real resource in the manual, online etc. maybe there is with the new model ? What I’ve come up with is on the Toyota website when ordering a new 76 at the time you could order a a set of load bars with it rated to 150kg + the load bar weight. A rough estimate of 160kgs total. Also there is an email circulating around that was headered and footed by Toyota stating the same above. 150kg + approved load bars in any conditions (dynamic and off-road) Take this how you want but I’d interpret as Toyota only like Toyota stuff therefore any other branded load bar would be included in the 150kg dynamic loads Now I know this is a very roundabout answer but I’ve been down the route you are trying to find the roof weight and that’s the best I got. I also received a similar answer from my local Toyota. I’ve never had any drama with overloading as we do come in at our gvm and I’ve adjusted my suspension to suit the body roll.
Hey Harry! We’ve added a Linktree post to our profile but it’s linktr.ee/seventysixtracks :) The windows are the cruisercompany windows and available via www.thecruisercompany.com.au/product-page/76-series-lift-up-windows
Hi Scott, no I don’t. I have the huracen adapters for ford xr seats. And I found they sit slightly lower and a bit further back. At 6’4 every inch of leg room counts
Great video mate.Hope to see more touring trip both of you, love to see genuine people keen on touring

Hi Marty! We couldn’t agree more, we love our setup. We’ve found we really don’t need much on the road and this does everything we need it too.
Awesome ride 👌
Geez you can talk!

@@sethspencer6069 so it’s a Long ranger 180L main tank and then the LRA 85L sub tank
Good video but man I bet you’re heavy as fully loaded aye
Thanks mate - we sure are, getting close to that gvm with everything in it
where did you get your barn door table from?
Hi Nik, the table is a front runner table and I just made up the plate that it mounts too. Hope this helps!
Do you have extended seat rails by any chance ?

@@seventysixtracks oh yes that sounds like what I need in same height could do with bit extra room
Have you got a gvm upgrade or sending it?
Yes sure do. ARB OME BP-51 GVM upgrade 3660kgs. It’s been a pretty good thing
