As a hobby bodybuilder myself, who's been training constantly for the past 8 years, I can guarantee that these SELF-Series are by far some of the best training videos on RUclips. I've been doing these during the entire lockdown, 5 days a week, and have managed not to lose that much muscle mass and kept a good fitness and conditioning level. Forget about all those other fast, pacey, fancy workouts on RUclips. The training has to be effective and constructive, not just some random execs put together with lots of pace and music.

Doesn't matter if its ur first time or millionth time. These workouts are hard! They look easy but they are hard. But the fact that these are gorgeous brown ladies improves my motivation! Thanks girlies.
I always feel a little shy and nervous about my performance before starting the workout. Today I couldn't get through the burnout. I gave my best shot and powered through the 3 circuits though. I hope i can get better eventually so I get it all done. Thank you for helping me

On the 1st day I could do it only for 15 mins, 2nd day 20 mins, 3rd day 25mins again 4th day 25mins & it's 5th day n I've done this for full 35mins... Fills so gud👍😊
This is a deceptive routine (when you’re laying in bed watching 😄). It’s definitely more challenging than I thought. Thanks for the workout ladies. I hope to get as fit as you one day soon 👏❤️

Thank you, girls, for this fun and sweaty workout! I loved it! It was pretty challenging, but still doable. It got my heart rate up, got me sweaty, and I loved all the core work. I love doing those plank reaches, they are so great for upper body and core.

warmup = jumping jacks; inchworm walkout; hip opener (pulses); mountain climber (30s x 2)
main workout = forearm plank reachout; burpee; twisting mountain climber; touchdown jacks; hip bridge march; flutter kicks (45s x 3; 90s break)
tabata (burner) = tuck-up; squat thrust (modified burpee) (20s x 4; 10s break)

Surprisingly challenging! I shortened the rest between each circuit to 20sec instead of 90sec to keep it going a little more.
