I am currently working on this Chaconne and have listened to at least fifteen different players. Yours is by far my favorite. Your tempo is perfect - never lingering too long nor rushing, yet with an underlying intensity of emotion that provides a natural momentum. Moreover, your registration choices are gorgeous. Thank you for this remarkable piece.
Awwwww! Thank you for this incredible interpretation! Have known this Chaconne before - F minor is one of my favourite keys -, but your version is one of the greatests I have seen and heard so far!
Great Music ; enough to make Pachelbel famous ! Nice Organ ; very good Player G.PARASK-etc. :D :D (edit) Indeed Chris , you're excellent ; your performance is the best I found up to now ; compliments .
@@ChrisParOrg , I keep coming here ; fascinated by this piece and YOUR performance . Found nothing better ! Bach apart , I realize how fundamental is Pachelbel for Organ Music .
Love your ending part of this composition on 8:13. After a prior quiet part, which sounds like the last signal of the S.O.S of a desperate person begins a loud part, talking about the inevitability of the future, about the doom of destiny.
Bravo
For me the greatest organ piece ever composed, just so dark, chilling, but hopeless at the same time, it's like what I'd be waiting to hear when this world starts falling apart. And I would love it.
Nice , let's wait for the world falling apart . But , adding to your drama , here comes a quiet but firm protest . Says the music : well you command we're finished , so long ! See you again next Creation ; will you do without me ? You sure ???
Found this beautiful piece by chance. A few years ago I was into heavy metal and then a friend introduced me to his father (an organist who gives recitals) and the pair introduced me to the works of J S Bach. I have fallen deeply in love with the Passacaglia and from there (unpicking what makes a Passacaglia and other works similar) I found the word Chaconne. Yours is the first one I picked to listen to. I can see the similarities of both styles. Just to say wonderful - thank you :)
I love this homerecording you did. It is my preferred one from now... the andamento is precise, and you go from dark to brilliant tones... deep but not excessive "heavy' as they use to record it. Well, love it
Thanks a lot!! The organ has its own speakers and also Johannus provides them with its own reverb system that is an invention of Johannus itself. No other organ has this kind of reverb!
For me it's the same Although some of the registration remarks from the scores are totally different, it's still one of the best renditions. Also the sound of this organ is quite special.
Thanks for your comments. There are not any registration remarks at the Baroque Era organ works apart the French composers. So there is no need to follow a certain registration.
Hello Quirkulous! Here is the registration of the Ciacona. You can find it above at the Video's description! I am so sorry to put it so late, but you can now have a look at it. Thanks a lot!!!
Excellent performance! Also love the organ...the reverb sounds wonderful! Is it connected to external speakers? i would greatly appreciate some further details!
Excellent interpretation and performance. The piece moves along at the proper pace. Contrast in stops is very good. I'm not to impressed with the organ, sounds a bit too stringy and electronic.
Still crying. Thank you
Thank you too!!
❤❤😢 Thank You very very,I cry,2 min,jump goose skin.Thank You

@@milovetto5977 I'm with you, this piece is not only dark, brooding and melancholic, but also serene... and full of HOPE ! ! !....
Something in this heavenly music is deeply soul touching !
Heavenly harmonic Music , sensitive ,modestly and beautifully played .
Indeed, like heavenly music !
Avsolutley lovely! Both the organ and you playing it!

I have many metal favourites too but baroque and counterpoint are the biggest loves of my life!
When I first heard this, my first thought was - this is what music from heaven sounds like.

Good.

@littleasshole26 It is not an easy piece in some parts. But a begginer can play it at the first year of his education
Excellent performance! Also love the organ...the reverb sounds wonderful! Is it connected to external speakers? i would greatly appreciate some further details!
@ChrisParOrg I would like to ask if this is very difficult? Is it for begginers for organ?

Tarkovsky vibes.
Excellent interpretation and performance. The piece moves along at the proper pace. Contrast in stops is very good. I'm not to impressed with the organ, sounds a bit too stringy and electronic.
Your right hand was wrong on 7:27. It's not E flat but E.
The answer is that YOU are wrong! The score says at this point E flat!
One of my all time favorites in a masterful interpretation!
