This year in Hurling was a little bit special. Some of the best ever displayed. Every year it just gets faster and better...Come on the Banner...😀, Best game in the world to watch and Play....
Do people from Ireland really call GAA "Football"? Maybe it's a country thing but I'm a Dub and I never heard anyone calling it "Football". Everyone says GAA/Ga(a)/Gaelic, mostly Ga(a). I had this argument with a friend years ago who played Camogie, she kept calling Football "Soccer" and I asked her why, she said Gaelic Football is "Football" but she never called it football, she called it Ga(a) like everyone else. In my opinion only USA/Canada and Australia can call it Soccer because they have their own football that they call football, we don't call Ga(a) football generally. I hope this makes sense, I said "football" a lot!!
It makes sense and trust me I get where you’re coming from😅And yeah it’s a country thing because for someone like me, if I see the Gaelic football being played my first instinct will be to call it football because of the fact I can see that it’s played with a football 😂 I hope that makes sense 😭
@@padraigmoloney5952 It must be just a Dublin thing then. Do you call football soccer? As a kid when you went to your friends house did you ask "are you coming out for a game of soccer or did you say football?" (assuming you wanted to play soccer)
Saying "it's like the wild west" is not accurate. It sounds cool but there are referees for a reason. More players get injured playing Gaelic than hurling.
First of all, many thanks for watching this video🙏🏽 About the Wild West thing I’m sure she just said it to be funny or something, she’s Irish so best believe she didn’t mean any harm or offence because she has a great passion for the sport like any other Irish.
@@ZodeTalks Sorry you have to deal with twats like this, it's an ugly time to be in Ireland. Unfortunately half the country has completely forgotten that we were once the most widespread immigrants in the world and it's a huge part of our history. I appreciate you engaging with our culture, and as far as I'm concerned, you're more than welcome in our country!
Wouldnt say that in person would you? Because a real irish person knows our roots and history about our own immigration history and very quickly quiten ya

That's a bit hypocritical
Your surname says it all Carter is cairtear in gaelic and means traveler or non native
