I have tried your recipe and it taste quite similar to the Horai 551 buns. I didn't use MSG so I guessed why my bun filling was less flavourful than the Horai. Other than that the buns were so fluffy and juicy that remind me the Osaka butaman. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
I made the filling part only of this recipe since I’m gluten free and can’t have the bun portion. It was great! It had a delicate sweet flavor that I enjoyed. Thanks for this recipe!
This looks amazing! I will try! I havent been to Japan since 2018 and I miss so many delicious foods! Nikuman and L-Chiki Umashou fom Lawson!! Teppanyaki rice from Kagetsu Arasgi Ramen! And Coco ichi ban curry....ah zenbu oishiiiiiii!! Kangaeru dake de, mou futotteru!! 😂😂😭😭👍👍
