Heroes of the Storm (HotS) is a raucous online team brawler starring your favorite Blizzard characters.
Kael'thas Sunstrider, the Sun King, is a Ranged Assassin Hero from the Warcraft universe. Like all Blood Elves, Prince Kael'thas was transformed by the fall of Quel'thalas. Desperate to save his people from being consumed by their magical addiction, he joined forces with the Burning Legion and now lords over Tempest Keep. Kael'thas is a fire Mage who punishes enemies that stay close together.

His deep dives have gotten me good enough where I don't get told to Uninstall anymore. That's good enough for me.
Many would call that the KT struggle
I have an idea, maybe as the last game in the deep dive play a team comp that pushes the hero over the edge just for the lols. For example Alex for moar globes and Ana for the spell poser buff and so on.
These deep dives have really helped me on heroes that I'm not as strong with. Thank you!

Been watching your videos for years and they are always good time. the thing I like most about your videos is that it brings new players to the game and gives them the confidence to not feel bad about being new and trying different characters ty. your videos also help us older players try new characters and builds, after all when you play something for a long time we tend to get stuck in our own play styles and builds and gets harder for us to change it up. after almost every character video i noticed a slight increase of said character(s) and that is awesome. keep it up :)videos

This is how I play it too, except for the lvl 4 talent. I go for % mana when clicking D. Never ever have to even think about mana again
I still remember when Pally was absolutely awful at Kael.
The git gud saga with KT is one of my favorite memories from watching Pally.
He still does some insane rotations but these are chill matches so I get it.

I remember when kt had that bomb glitch and you could cast bomb as fast as you could click it. And each double cast of bomb on the same target woule cause it to detonate. I dont remembee the exact mechanics as it was patched soong ago, but it was something about having to done right as you pressed "d" i think. Then when you spawned you could literally infinitely spam bomb with no cd.
Thanks Pally. I uninstalled HOTS last week as just was not enjoying playing it. Turns out I still like watching it.

11:54 I don't know the range of Pyroblast's cast but I kept hoping Pally would cast it once the Rag was caught in the gravity lapse. That was some major damage that I didn't expect. I thought Rag was basically safe.

My only suggestion would be to try to add pyro into a rotation. If i was against anything that wasnt a tank i would e, q, w(before ignite talent) and r. The damage is bursty and delightful.

Imo best kt build is mana barroer>bomb builds>bomb wxplosions slow at 13 and flamestrike causes bomb to apply at 16 or 17. Whatever it is.
Wasn't this the first build we saw? lol also 11:50 felt a lil bad. You had Rag under your E and didn't Pyro (was off mini cooldown) and then Pyro'ed the full health KT I mean cmon man. It's 100 seconds not a minute but sure. Love the series and ofc but it wouldn't be a Pally vid if the people that love to watch and bitch about didin't find something to point out because I FOR SURE AM PERFECT AND NEVER MISSPLAY jk ofc Love you Pally, thank you for still providing fun HotS content even after all those years
There's nothing wrong with pyro, as long as you pick it into the right enemy team comp. Some heroes make it basically worthless, but if they're not around it can be amazing.
KT most op character in the game. On par with other mages damage, but also has a stun.
whens the next total war stuff planned? you guys should check out More Warpstone and collab--i'd love to see you do a campaign with like 8 people, maybe a team battle thing or a FFA where diplomatic deals are happening all over the place
My winrate is similar to yours was on KT, about 33%. My issue is that I never use the vortex enough. I try to save it for when I need it defensively, so I never make plays with it. Basically run the same build as you do though.

Wasted pyros. Most people don’t know how to use it. You check the current damage of pyro for the current level you have. Say it does 1,300. Then you check the health bars of the enemies. A thicker black vertical line marks 1,000 hitpoints, the smaller segments 250. Depending if they have healers, fountains, healing globes near or are able to reduce damage you would then cast pyro when the health bar is around the first thicker black line, a little over it maybe. So you aim for 1,000 - 1,100 hitpoints, so max. a half filled segment after the thick black line. You aim for lower than that of course if you fear they might heal up while pyro travels, maybe you then go 1 segment below the 1,000 hitpoint mark.
If you get another level and can’t remember how pyro scales, just hover over it to check the new damage. And the eyeball the healthbars. My pyros kill 8 of 10 targets I hit easily. Not wasting it on heroes that won’t die by it.

Honestly, I think this skin is one of the worse ones to run on KT, as good as it looks, because the living bomb gets skinned too and this version is far more obvious than the base one. Makes it easier to see and avoid.
