This can be done in a positive way (you expose her to new things, start a business, change her life, etc.) OR in a negative way (beat the girl, cheat on her with her best friend, just do some crazy trifling shit, etc.) But she basically can't stop thinking about you until someone else imprints her.

When you realise you have been lied to for almost 40 years its a very rough pill to swallow. If I was in my 20s then cool no big deal you have plenty of time to turn things around. But at 40! Brush its so fricken Haaaaaaaaard. The amount of opportunities I realise I missed. The level of disrespect and low quality women I have dealt with, ughh.
100% honesty! It royally pisses me off that as Men we have to work our asses off. That we have to master every aspect of our lives. That we have to pay for everything.
That it doesn't matter how capable or intelligent or knowledgeable.. unless we have the goods they just won't listen to us, won't respect us. But they can just show up, act like immature children, be toxic, be fat and ugly and they will always have men throwing themselves at them.
At my age working out has gotten harder and the economy is terrible. I have been working my ass off trying hard to make my business profitable for 4 years but I am chasing my tale.
I know you are right. I need to dig deeper, push harder, lift harder, stop with the excuses and vices but it's fricken hard. It's hard not to be cold or angry.

this was me some time back I used to hate them n at that time I had leveled up but still used to detest them as a way of getting bck at those who left me years bck.but once I got control over that n became the catch.fitex you've truly shaped my life in a tremendous way when it comes to dealing wit these women.

I purposely act too nice, because I don't want a relationship of any kind with a woman. Married and divorced twice, and I'm done. No anger, just no interest. I worked on myself since the split in 2001. I am 5'9, weigh 150 lbs., exercise everyday, surf several times a week, and I'm 68 years old.

This video is up there with importance as well as others in the past. I do believe at this point many men must look at themselves and ask brutally. Am i the best version of myself? following if not what steps can I take to get myself there along with of course understanding female nature and not feeling anger towards it, but, using it to your advantage if you know what kind of men they are after dedicate your early 20s becoming that man. Hitting the gym, clean diet 80% of week, ignore negative media, learn a hobby, build a business and put all your energy into becoming that men. Still on that journey myself thank you always for critical information will continue building myself.

Bro your videos turned me around; got out of a 4.5 year relationship and back on dating market. I was comfortable with my chick and didn't really make the best version of myself which now being single is not attracting the women that I want. However ever since I been applying EVERYTHING you religiously say to do, bro I'm getting choosing signals at the gym and at the clubs. I been pulling atleast one chick 80% of the time I go to the club. Got a hot date actually tomorrow from a week ago at the club. Got about 4 chicks I'm rotating between. They all chose me, I just acted on their choosing signals. Here's what I did that you preach: I paid for a personal gym trainer and now religiously hit the gym. Bro, I stopped being pissed at women and realized like you said, I got to become the best version of myself and make them chase me. I adopted skin care routines, weekly lineups bi weekly cuts, got a teeth cleaning program from my dentist (the best one they offer which is $$$,pricey but worth it), working on my physique and already seeing gains, threw away all my old wardrobe and got name brand clothes, adopted jewelry and earrings as part of my attire, and more. I can truly say, this alone has attracted more women and made more start noticing me. You the man my guy.

Balance has become difficult it seems. Just like being too nice gets you nowhere, being cold can actually work (it has in spots for me), but not ideal if a relationship is what you want.

Too cold gets you nothing. Too nice gets you used and finessed. Having a score of 0 or -10 is still not positive. No credit is like bad credit. Either have no apples or only bad apples that will rot away anyway.
When too cold gets me something, it's not something I want to keep around. Too nice gets me nearly finessed and I end up flaking.
@@1bosstv pretty much. I'm in the same boat. I use to think about the times I played games with girls and got them, they were always low quality. They were type to flake and never text back. I thought I was a man when I could check those types. In the end the relationship never went somewhere.
Now that I'm older. I realize I never attracted what I wanted. So I tried being nice and I would get taken advantage of.
So now I'm in the middle but I boarder on being too cold and I really don't attract anything. So idk on it all
