I can’t make this up it’s insane how this is so spot on, I LITERALLY had a female coworker who works in the front who I asked out to a date etc and gave her my number, and she then agreed then never hit me up, and then tell me she’s dating someone, this was about 2-3 weeks ago, at the time she told me this I literally accepted it and said ok and walked away and started ignoring her and minding my business SINCE. When I tell you this woman is making it so obvious she’s looking for attention and wants me to notice her, today I’m with a coworker in the back of the warehouse, she literally comes all the way back there to throw “small” pumpkins away when there’s literally about 30 huge garbage cans through out the warehouse plus in front where she works, she then asks me before throwing them “away” do I want “any” i of course declined but it’s HILARIOUS because even my coworkers are noticing this and their making jokes about how she’s coming back there for me etc, even they see the nonsense, it’s just mind blowing how she in a way rejected me and wasted my time, now that I’m Igoring her, she’s just magically apearing in places she’s never been finding any way to interact with me, these women are something else it’s nuts.

The investing advice is such bullshit. In general, most of the stuff you mentioned is bullshit just to give ppl some hope. To start investing, you first need to actually have earned a decent capital. You dont invest if you just got like 50K saved up. Its gonna be a slow process. Who the fuck wants to wait 15 yrs to get rich? First, you learn how to make money till you reach a point where you can invest. Investing is to keep your wealth, not to gain wealth.
Reading 5-10 pages of a book is another bs. If you really want to learn and you are actually into the topic, you will be reading way more than that a day. I've read 2 books in 4 days, cuz they were helping me with my financialy goals. Have books that align with your goals, dudes. There is also another thing, many people have ADHD, or ADD. I myself have ADHD, so it was difficult for me to focus at all. Prioritise figuring out why you cant do certain things, and fix those before you overwhelm yourself with a schedule like the one above where you just pile up habits you will quit within a week, or even few days. I paid 1500 British pounds to get my ADHD diagnosed and treated. It helped massively other people as well.
Meditations are not for everyone, however, they are indeed very helpful. Make sure you find the right meditations for you before you make it a habit. I meditated for a year the wrong way and saw no benefits. Why? I was doing meditations meant for non-ADHD brains. They didn't work on me. Dont make the same mistake, fellas.
Eating healthier and drinking water is a no-brainer, Id say. However, I think the best way to implement healthy eating habits is by setting fitness goals. Once you wanna lose weight, or gain weight, you will start prioritizing good food over junk automatically, cuz you will want to see results.
Learning a skill that can give you a better job if you are starting from nowehere is what you should be focusing on. Exercise will help you build the discipline. Combine these two together and slowly you will improve your life. Yeah, it's a slow process, guys. The process is what you need to learn to enjoy, not the event itself. You will never stop growing that way. Success is climbing a mountain and never stopping.
Figure out why you cant learn, or why you are lazy and start small. Change your environment if you have to. To me, for example, I learn way more if I go to a public place, cuz the room at home brings old unproductive habits like jerking off. When Im in public, I dont even think about it. For you, it could be different, but for me that was the key.
Last but not least, figure out a way to stay discipline with your exercising. I was the laziest motherfucker who also had ADHD, but turned a beast who trains 7 days a week. Now, I am not telling you to train 7 days a week. Its not good for recovery either. I just do it, cuz I like challenging myself every fucking day. I dont care if I recover or not. Look for external motivation before internal. For me, the best thing was to listen to David Goggins before and during workouts. You get to learn a lot from his mindset and he is motivating as fuck. After I did that for a while, I started finding motivation within myself. Facing the pain and struggle every day is what made so motivated to go to gym every single day.

Got her phone number, all I texted her (as Fit teaches) was I'd send her a date and time for our meetup after I left the gym (bc I was at the gym). Didn't respond for 3 days as I honestly procrastinated looking up places for said date and time and she got hurt!! Heres what she responded, "I'm sorry but you don't reply for days, we even held a conversation and make plans randomly?" - her. I told her I was old school save my conversations for in person. As of today, we still got a date lined up for tonite. She even counteroffered a time so she could get home from work and change out; basically she's showing alot of interest even more. Fellas everything he's saying is true, she even sent me a pic (non nude). What's crazy is in her tinder bio it says "Don't be annoying". So i wasn't 🤣 Don't be so eager with these girls and never double text a chick, ever. If she don't respond, curve her ass. I call and or text a woman every day for like a week or two just to show I am consistent at first. And then I delete her # just to see if she will call back or reciprocate that interest. If she does I know she is interested.
