It inspired me to do parkour, but sadly I stopped doing because of the problems I was facing with. And because of school.

It was also the only thing that broke the monotony of life when I didn't have many friends and was growing up poor.

It’s been a LOOOOOOOONG minute since I’ve seen this, I’m 29 and still want to get into parkour, but didn’t get into it because of shit life habits, but after this year of new health habits got me going to try this good old parkour video wants me to try this out, it’s never to late to live if you now.
Sup Arturo, i went to parkour for 7 years. Lost motivation when the site i trained on was bulldozed😅 I'm getting back into it now though. Trust me when i say if you're aiming for healthy, parkour will get you there in no time. And the agility you get will just make you more confident in yourself and your overall look on yourself. you should try it out man💪

Idk if someone will ever see this, but I will never stop watching this video. This video is just pure nostalgia it remembers me at a time where I had no problems and I lived free. I made parcour with my best friend and I was just happy. I really miss the 2012/13 vibes we won't have something like that ever again. I will always come back to this video and think about the great time back then.
I really hate life more nowadays, 2018 was my breaking point, depression took over, lived through it, still hate life. 2015 was really the last year I was quite happy about anything in life...

One thing I always found fascinating about Parkour was the philosophy some athletes had with it. I remember somebody talking about how facing the initial fear of overcoming a physical obstacle translates really well to the feeling of overcoming mental obstacles. The steps are kinda similar. You work on the individual steps and chip away at the obstacles and eventually you just have to rely on your work and take the leap. I really felt that when I learned the Wallflip back in the day. After starring at this wall for ages and finally landing it, I understood this philosophy.
So, what I am trying to say is, hang in there buddy! Work on yourself, find out what it causing your depression, chip away at your obstacle and take the leap and leave your depression in the dust!

Really thank you for this message and replying to me just 4 months later, I may have exaggerated on what I said, but I really did went on depression 4 years ago, and it went for like a year til 2019, and 2019 is when my life changed, 2020 was one of the best years in my life, 2021 was shit, but now 2022 is the weirdest year I have ever had. But really thank you for this man, people like you keep my motivation going !

Parkour is a beutiful and majstic art to perform. It must take excellent percision with no room for error. It makes you feel more than regular excitement. While I can not and probably will not attempt to do this (I can't flip, period) , I will however enjoy others doing parkour. Much love!

Flips aren't necessary to parkour. It's just about getting from point A to point B in the most efficient way possible. Doing flips is in many ways making your movements less efficient. It only makes it more entertaining for other people. I personally prefer when it's simpler.

I remember watching this as a kid back in 2012, I though it was so awesome and I really wanted to start training. I never really got into any sport until I found parkour and freerunning and I loved it! Five years later and I still train. I am so great full of this video cause it changed my life. Parkour is my passion and I have made so many great friends and memories.

I did this shit recently. I was on vacation visiting some friends in Chicago. We were by navy pier, and I didn't feel like waiting for a bus so I took a short cut and started doing stuff when I was a kid in new York to get around. They got hyped but I was confused? Chicago is a city. I'm sure people do the same thing. They called it parkour but we. Ever called it that. It was just called free running. I'm surprised my old ass self can still do some of these 😂

@@princeshadow743 As someone who has practiced parkour for 3 years, I can tell you that this definitely is what our bodies were made for. After you get relatively good at it, you start to feel like you have never really moved before and plain walking starts to feel boring and restricted.
