Hello Keav, I am new to DIY detailing, based on several of your videos, I bought a CR Spotless DIC-20, I also added a DIY by pass, but noticed it’s not lasting long, I know it’s based on pps, which I used a TDS meter and recorded mine at about 53 , so wondering what can I do more? I ordered the resin from Amazon that you mentioned, so I think I heard you say that 1 bag should be enough for both DIC-20. Is there something that can alert me, I never remember to check each time. I wash my car weekly. I see you have a few setup, can you explain how you have your setup?
One do the filter systems I have is just carbon to remove chlorine. DI wise it’s just the cr spotless. Are you controlling the output flow in any way or using with a pressure washer. 2.5gpm is the maximum to use. 53 tds you should be 800+ gallons easily. The resin bag from Amazon will fill a single cr spotless 20 inch cartridge and leave just a little leftover. I just use the meter on the cr spotless and check each wash. Possibly check to make sure your cartridges are centered and fully seated. One way to check is to look at the indentions in the seals on top of the cartridges. It can be very easy to get offline and then tap water is escaping untreated.
I really enjoy your content and your style. But i cant get my head around the foam nonsense. It seems like a monsterous waste of product that manufacturers made up to sell more. I get the whole need to “prewash” and i prespray myself before rinseless washing with Bilthamber touchless in a pump sprayer but one gallon at 50-1 (70ml of produxt) will last me 2-3 washes. i see people using 200 ml in a foam Cannon for one wash.
Many people use way too much product and some products are not very concentrated. I like Incredible suds and can easily use just 20ml per wash in a foam cannon. Foam is fun for me I’m washing my cars and foam makes it enjoyable. Rinseless to me is boring, but I use it because it’s more convenient. You have many on the other end saying Rinsless is nonsense. Whatever makes the experience enjoyable is what you should do. If you are a professional detailer then efficient should be your goal.
@ thanks for the reply. I understand the whole fun aspect of it, its the huge chemical cost i never understood. Each to their own obviously. I actually find Rinseless washing very relaxing, and use it as a little escape outside for an hour or so and get great results like im sure you do too.

If you’re starting with a tds in the 50’s then your resin should be lasting a long time.
😮 you lost weight. I remember watching your videos car washing outside your garage, you were a bear or a baloon lol 😅. Great video tho
Felt like I was that big too. I can actually breathe normal now. 🤣
I have the same issue when I forget my key fob in my pocket
No matter how many times I still forget it in my pocket. 🤣
@ it’s definitely annoying
After watching the bloopers, you indeed have a questionable garage 😂
Can’t deny the bloopers. They are the truth.
😎💯
what would be your top 3 mitts from the test?
Wash Monster, Wash Boss, Cyclone
Where can we find shower head attachment for spray gun?
Right here amzn.to/416zbR6
Go ahead and go with the 2XL shirt. That size you got on looking a little too little almost
Problem is the 2XL feels like I’m wearing a dress. 🤣
S that Matte PPF or Matte OEM Paint?
Satin vinyl
I truly understand the drinking part . It takes an honest person to to say no and not feeling any peer pressure. Hey it’s not your thing Mad Respect 🫡🫡
Yeah, just makes me uncomfortable because people become something different than I’m used to which triggers the anxiety.
@@CarsWithKeav Yep alcohol lowers the inhibition in you any you lower your guard and MAY say anything or do anything. Especially if you’re inebriated 😱
+1 For the hot & spicy Cheez Its
Great minds think the same. 🤣
Dang the link money isnt enough and now you want us to pay it forward?
The pay it forward is a Phoenix EOD thing. Keav or as you call him Kevin is donating either $1k or $1k’s worth of items like the Kranzle depending on the details from Aaron over at Phoenix EOD. That is an honorable thing from Keav.
I pay it forward you just keep clicking the links. My cookies taste good.
@@CarsWithKeav this sounds weird LOL 😂
@@ocdetailnj You don’t like my cookies? 🤣 Computer affiliate cookies that is. 🤣
@ Appreciate you Mike!
How original.... Why don't you stop copying obsessed garage with your wash and talk
🤣 I can't tell if this is satire or not. If it's not, you're a bundle of joy...
@@kiwixfps How about exercising a little bit of thought, and may be calling it something like Wash with Keav… Instead of being a total obsessed garage groupie….So embarrassing. You even copied the obsessed garage emblem on your shirt….lame, dude. Lame.
Problem is you’re just a copycat hater so you’re not original yourself either. You didn’t even listen I said that shirt was another RUclipsrs merch. Matt copied his Hex logo from another company in Canada you don’t see me crying like a baby about it.
Who cares his mother didn’t love him as a child and he is acting out.
KEAV if I ever meet you, I’m giving you a bro HUG🫡🫡🤜🏽
I’ll be waiting for it!
