Edited to add: Seen the previous episode and can’t believe I got most of my guess right. Interesting that Natalia thought Ali would be fine working with her mother at all. At the very least, Kristina wouldn’t be ok with it.
I was thinking the same, what make her think that Ali wants to be around her, after the damage she cause Ali and her GF Kristina. She haven’t even apologized to both of them yet. Hopefully BLQ take this, and show her why Blaze trust her with music career.

Not Natalia. She told Sonny Blaze isn’t talking to her, but Kristina came over and read her for filth. And it was clear to her that Kristina and Ali really do love each other. I’m like - shouldn’t she be tell them that before running to Sonny?
