- The $500,000 DoorDash Challenge basics: Use any money made from gig delivery apps and reinvest it into other money making opportunities. Hopefully, at the end of 2024, we'll end up grossing $500K. We need to stop relying solely on gig work money and see how easy it is to make money elsewhere.

🔥

That goddess at the start
Thanks for watching and we look forward to having you in the community.
Im definitely doing this challenge along side you
That's awesome and makes me happy to hear. The driving apps are fun, a great change of pace, etc. However, they can be very fickle and I hope people use them as a gateway to branch out to better opportunities.
Welcome to the channel and thanks for the comment.
@@BizEBody Yeah I am honestly watching the deliveries for entertainment and am using my income from something else to look into the other opportunities you are talking about. I was curious if you could make more videos going in depth in these topics? Id love to watch those.
Alex, Have you started any side ventures, yet?
@@alexsarmyvideos I am going to expand upon each business venture covered in the challenge. That means we will do in depth videos at some point.
Is there a topic or business idea that you would like me to cover first?
So you get commission for finding a buyer for rentals?
Hi Isaiah - Yes, the apartments will pay you (locators/agents) anywhere from 50% to 200% of the first months rent. On a brand new community, they usually offer really good deals for the tenants, and also good commissions, since they're eager to get it leased out.
Once they get it close to occupancy, they start cutting back on all of the incentives moving forward.
@@BizEBody how does one become a locator or agent.? Seams like something i can get into i am always looking for more ways to earn an income
In Texas, it requires a real estate license to locate for multiple properties, but not every state requires that. Even in Texas, you can work directly for the property as a leasing agent, without a license.
What state are you in? If I know that I can provide full details on what you need to get started.
@@BizEBodyWashington state ty sir and are you using a go pro to record ?
I will gather up the requirements for Washington State and reply back soon.
Yes, I am using a GoPro to record pick-ups and deliveries. I am now using some Logitech webcam for the office recording portion of my videos.
