Wow!! I'm so excited!
WOW that's light! 🪶
Thanks Ben!
@@niumobility light scooter, heavy impact! 😎😎😎😎😎😎
I hope you will be releasing it with 22 kmh speed in germany (20 kmh + 10% tolerance). This is very important for many scooter users due to the already restricted regulations we have here.
Ok thanks for this feedback, this is something we will consider.
Thank you, let's hope for the best. And by the way many other scooter manufacturers offer their products with 22 kmh speed here in germany, as they realized how important this is for users. Epowerfun, Trittbrett, Streetbooster, SoFlow, Vmax and also Segway updated their firmware very recently for legal 22 kmh within tolerance. The KQi Air seems to be such a good product desired by many and it would be sad if it would not reach the 22 kmh.
Danke für die Anfrage.... Nun hab ich eins bestellt. Ich hoffe sehr das diese Modell mit Federung raus kommt und dual motor
I like it , Picasso !
I just bought my KQi3 pro so far one of the best!…I’m getting more excited to place my order/reservation in Sept.19 here in 🇨🇦 for the KQi X….hoping i can get one!…❤❤❤
Great to hear! We've definitely carried out a lot of testing to ensure durability and quality is similar to what you'd expect for all of our KQi scooters.
I just traded one of my ebikes for an KQI3pro . My first time on an Adult scooter. Not bad. Standing up makes it feel so much more faster than on ebikes
Hi Niu team! Here are some suggestions for the next air model:
• Bigger wheels (11-12 inches)
• Suspension
• Detachable battery to help with portability and range
• Thumb/finger throttle
Thanks for your feedback! We'll pass your message to our team!
@@niumobility 👍
Love the lightness, I’d probably stick with NIU scooters (I love the design) if there were scooters that did KQi3 Max performance while having suspension
Thank you for your feedback!
I love this company I love how they keep the stuff like safe and also this company is so high-quality and so good like I’m about to buy a electric scooter. I think I’ll buy the niukqi3 pro or max or even the kqi air.
Can't wait to receive mine. Watching my email like a hawk waiting for the shipping info. Hope delivery is on schedule 🤞🏻
How is you're scooter bro? 👀
@@salvadorramirez2564 Really good! Very powerful and super smooth ride. It really does feel impossibly light, even when standing on it. Features are great, like turn signals. Only down side is that the battery doesn't last quite as long as I'd like, but still enough for my needs. Folding latch is also a bit clunky.
I would recommend it to anyone :)
@@1nvsibleMan thanks for that buddy 🤝🏼
😍😍 Ich hab ihn bestellt........ Und jetzt bitte das gleiche Modell mit Federung und dual Monitor.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Any plans for rear turn signals alongside the rear light in future versions!? Often handlebar indicators are not visible directly behind with some riders as arms and elbows block them. Suspension even just on front wheel would also be good. I do prefer drum brakes from a maintenance perspective too. Fantastic first iteration though!
Thanks for your feedback! We'll pass it along to our team!
Elegence
The Max has more range and a more powerful motor for a lower price. This seems like a niche product for people that want a less heavy product.
I have to agree with you. I’m not certain who this scooter is really for - the price point seems a little too high?
Niche, the same way that people who want more performance are niche? lol
Thanks for your comment. We've engineered a super light weight scooter that still packs great performance, great riding comfort, and other features. We're targeting those tho want a scooter that's ultra portable but that delivers 20mph/32km/h top speed with 31mi/50km range with a large 9.5 tires, wide deck+handlebars, etc. Often in this category of scooters, light weight scooters compromise on performance and many other features, and likewise with heavier scooters with better performance, you compromise on portability. Hope that helps.
@@niumobility Gotta give NIU props for responding to everyone here though. Good on you! 👍
this is more replacement for the KQI3 Pro not the Max. cus if u look at the specs of the Pro it lines up more with the Air
@Niu - Are the tires self-healing like the Max model? No joke, this would be a make or break feature for me!
We've designed this with wide 9.5" pneumatic tubeless tires while still being extremely light with great range.
Sounds like you'll need to add your own slime. lol

I like it and would love to buy one, but the price 😬. Would’ve liked more speed
Catch our early bird offer for $949/€949. We believe we're offering some really competitive pricing for the weight, performance (700 max watt motor + 50km/31mi range) and features (NFC unlock, wide deck, front disc brake, etc). We're pretty confident it will be hard to find another scooter on the market that is as portable with this much power and as many features!
What’s the difference between the Air and the Air X?
The KQi Air X frame is built from a single piece of carbon fiber, ensuring great structural strength and removing any welding. It's also only 25.8lbs versus the KQi Air which is 26.2lbs. The KQi Air frame is 70% carbon fiber and 30% magnesium. Both scooters are packed with a ton of features (front disc brake, 700 watt max motor, wide deck, wide handlebars, 9.5" tires just to name a few!) Our engineering team went to great lengths to research and design an ultra portable scooter that doesn't compromise on performance or comfort - we've gone through many design iterations and plenty of testing to really perfect the KQi Air X and KQi Air. Hope that helps!
An interesting, portable e-scooter for the trunk of a car.
I can't tell the difference between this and the AirX aside from the minimal weight difference.
From the website, it seems like the X model has more carbon fibre components, making it 1/2 lb lighter.
Hey Scott, yes absolutely, this scooter is perfectly portable! The KQi Air X frame is built from a single piece of carbon fiber, ensuring great structural strength and removing any welding. It's also only 25.8lbs versus the KQi Air which is 26.2lbs, while still being packed with a ton of features (front disc brake, 700 watt max motor, wide deck, wide handlebars just to name a few!) Hope that helps!
@@niumobilitySo is the performance and other parts basically identical? Just more carbon fiber overall, and the single piece frame is the big difference in price?
@@ScottXiongsounds like durability is the main draw
@@ScottXiong Yes, the KQi Air X is an engineering feat and will inspire our future products.

What is the max weight load for this scooter? I weigh 230lbs - 104.5 kg. Thank you.
120kg
@@niumobility Thank you!
Menos carbonos y más amortiguadores
Germans are desperately waiting for their scooters to arrive. I've been told they will be here on March 26th. Someone else said April or even May. Website said March. Still no email about when it will be delivered 🥲 a lil update would be nice. I can't wait to skip public transport and drive to work with my scooter. 🛴
