"It's almost enough to make you pay your taxes". Almost.
KonaMark
Way to be original repeat what he said to gain likes freaking pathetic
are you mad cause scientist proved the earth isn't flat?
RESEARCH Flat Earth!!! Wake up I merely quoted a line from the episode. Others did as well. Might want to think about getting out of Mom’s basement for a bit. Having a bad day?
The only reason this video is going viral ^^
Shit the FLERFers themselves proved it wasn't flat with their own fucking experiments and it still isn't good enough.
"If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy." My favorite quote ever.
xXBocephusXx mine too
Roy Woodby so I guess that means your handy?
xXBocephusXx yes I am. Lol. Love red green.
Haha I heard that quote before
(Insert rape joke here)
When you're from Rochester, you can tell when a driver is drunk because they drive straight down the road and hit all the potholes. If they're weaving all around...then you know they still have their wits about them.
People say that about every city......
What about the guy that drives in the fog by riding on the bumps and hope someone's not coming the other way doing the same thing?
@@thecloneguyz lol never heard that one
@@brokenwave6125 I’ve never heard it
I grew up with a kid from Rochester. Wouldn't shut the fuck up about it. Hope it burns to the ground.
"almost enough to make you pay your taxes ..but rather than do something i know ill regret later" best line
He's such a great handyman, that he was able to saw the pool perfectly in half with a hand saw. That's skill right there.
or just fold it in half and you cant miss...
A Skill saw comes to mind...
Red is a God among men
That's one of the best things about Red Green. He's fictional, he's a satirical character, and yet he genuinely has most if not all the hallmarks of a great handyman. It's like they took all those legitimate handyman qualities and added "excessive impulsiveness" so that all his ideas would be honestly brilliant, but also should've maybe been given another thought or two before executing.
I am most impressed with the fact of the pool liner treads staying inline,.... that kinda makes me wanna try it.
If I ever see someone pass me on the road with a car looking like this I’ll be like...”Oh yeah, definitely watched that episode of Red Green!” 😂
I suspect the rails are welded... and then the welds are covered with duct tape for humor.
That's the same car I drive, but his is in better shape. How much for the driver-side mirror?
Mark Sanders that's sad
Mark Sanders lol. Please tell me that's a joke.
still looking for that driver side mirror? email me please
uhhhmm... probly bout 2$ and 72 pennies.
I had 10 of them! Hahaha
I used to watch this with my grandpa, he died almost 5 years ago. I'm glad this guy is still alive and making content.
He sounds like an older version of steve-o lol
Works Not For me he does sound a lot like Steve-O. That's funny.
No it actually is his grandpa
If he was 60-70 and had a Canadian accent
That’s a fucking great shout mate 😂
You'll have that backwards since he was first Steve-O would be like him.
Try harder be smarter
I've been watching this show since I was a kid, I'm glad you still do segments
i been watching for about 15 years. but i assumed this stuff was just bits from the tv shows. Didnt think he was doing new stuff.
Same this is nostalgia for me.
Last season was 2006.
The greatest canadian to ever live
ShaddySoldier him or beebes 😂
He's the older, canadian Ron Swanson.
nah bubbles is number one lmao. Red green is second
You crack me up little buddy.
John Candy man is the best Canadian. But, Uncle Red is great!
I love this guy. My dad used to watch him on late af TV. Everytime I reference him...literally nobody knows what I'm talking about
Keep your stick on the ice!
Cool as fuk!
Same
Your old man is obviously a man of taste.
Lol
If they asked me what it is, I'd tell them it's a tank.
kdmq more like half a tank of fuel
Just don't drive the tank tanked. Drink responsibly
kdmq LoL
So where are the fish?
Funny enough, he did actually make an "Tank" from a different K-car, using fencing for the treads. The ending is, par for the course, hilarious.
I, personally find it funny how the "scene transition" effect is a roll of duct tape & the sound of duct tape being torn off like at 1:51 & 1:39, for example...
I grew up watching this show. Im glad i found it
Please dear god keep making this; this is the greatest show of all time. I love this show.
To me, this looks like 60 years of comedic work coming together in one sketch. This man (who I've never seen before) is clearly a comedic genius, the likes of which the world has almost forgotten. Kudos!
i know right!! i laughed so many times over and over.
The red green show is a great watch.
I've spent a lot of my life in rural Canada and honestly all you have to do is follow people around for a few weeks and take good notes. Sometimes I watch Red Green and think, well, that's a new one. But a lot of the time I think, "Yep, I totally saw a guy try that."
I made so many great memories watching this show with my grandparents every night at 9 before I went to bed. I wish I could relive those moments
Back ground laughing was the worst idea of all time
*Exists*
Ahahahehehahahahaha!
But the. You won't know where the funny is supposed to be.
@@joescott778 guess it wasn't funny in the first place then

I cannot believe this guy is still around making me laugh. One of my earliest memories was watching this guy on TV as a little kid.
I think after watching so much AvE RUclips recommended this. And thank goodness for that!
poot111111 AvE reminds me a lot of this show. Probably why I like his channel so much
I think this man might just be grandpa bumblefuck
poot111111 same
of course i'd find half of AvE's fan base watching red green
What's AvE?
ive been watching redgreen for over 20 years still love it
The canned laughter isn't needed it's funny anyway 😂😂😂😂
I like laugh tracks.
It was more common way back when. Now with internet tv they have better cuts so they don't use laugh tracks as often.
yeah i hate canned laughter,
did you know must canned laughter was recorded in the early 1950's
the people you hear laughing are dead
HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!
@@knyt0 yeah
we all know that
I love this guy, been watching him for years.
Steve Smith is the inspiration for my youtube channel and my own wacky inventions, when I was young I went to Red Green tapings with my dad and it was always amazing. I can't wait to catch the live stream on twitch!
Your neighbors must love you... ;)
JRNelsonSr LMAO
Red Green Tapings? I thought Smith liked yellow tapings... Sorry :)
It is wonderful that you were so inspired by a strange you made your own content! Fantastic, truly
Same here, was amazing.
I forgot this goldmine of a show existed until now, I remember seeing it as a kid
LOOOOOL I cant believe that crazy contraption even slightly worked at all!
Except for the minor detail of steering!🤣
it makes me kinda want to do it...
Back in high school in the early 90s I had an old black and white TV with a dial. I got 4 stations... ABC, CBS, NBC and PBS. I used to watch this show on PBS every sunday night at 9pm. Good old days...
I used to watch this all the time as a kid
The show is pretty funny. I remember watching this when I was in elementary. I didn't really like it that much, but I'm older now. It's pretty funny.
Steve, you made my day! Been sitting in a military hospital in San Antonio, TX, for almost two months now after an injury overseas. Had my first full on belly laugh in a really long time after by chance discovering and watching your show today. This is great stuff; will be a fan forever. Thank you so much! T
Hope you are doing well now. ❤️
If you’re still not healed, have you tried duct taping your injuries ?
That’s a secret doctors won’t tell you.
Jking. Get well soon, soldier.
I remember once having to change a tire on the highway too by myself. While I was paying child support when being told to come to my senses too. Along with all the other guys from time to time along the same less than 100 miles away route who were maybe suffering from metallurgies too instead. Gotta love building over. Well at least I have lots of company while a renovating and/or rebuilding.
Brought back some good memories. I remember watching this show when it used to air on PBS in the United States, and I always loved it :)
😂🤣😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 This guy’s a legend real shame this show was never on Aussie TV.
I have a friend in Australia and he said they had it but not all the seasons aired. But he found the entire series on DvDs and bought the collection.
@@ameliawilder28 ok I’m guessing your mate probably saw it on cable because I know it wasn’t on Freeview here. Anyway it was still a great looking show.
@@davegoldspink5354 perhaps! Yeah, it could have been cable, all I know is that he did get to see it but not all the seasons were aired. I'm Canadian so it obviously was no problem for me to watch it. We watched it together when he'd drop by. Good times... Corner Gas was my other favourite Canadian show. It's almost like the Canadian version of Seinfeld. I recommend it to anyone who has not seen it - and not the animated one. That was a rebooted version, which was watchable, but it didn't have the same zing as the original live action. And there is also Murdoch Mysteries. That was a pretty good series as well.
Have a great rest of your day!
This guy should make a cameo appearance with the Trailer Park Boys just for shits and giggles, after all they are fellow Canadians, Ricky has something in common with him.
Bubbles had a go at him when he built his Frankenstein bbq.
I think he called him “that red blue green asshole” or something
Edit: not that he was on the show obviously, bubbles was just saying his work was better than what red could do
It amazes me that he always makes those things work.
A “K” car that STILL RUNS!?!?
Will wonders never cease ?
They were actually pretty reliable from 1985-89. But, if you mean trying to find one actually being daily driven, then yeah. Hahaa
Been watching for years. Not in a row of course. Yet somehow after all the skits, this is the best one of them all. Or maybe not. What ever.
If this wasn't for the fact this is a Canadian show, you would automatically assume he would be talking about Michigan's roads
The fact that it's a common late night public broadcast show in Michigan, it's almost like we're long lost siblings.
@@MiishaKorvian or minnesota

Well, yeah, but since Snyder's term you can roll a penny 35 miles up I-75 West Branch to Houghton Lake and it won't hop once.
This guy needs to come down to the U.S. and fun for president!!
How do his inventions even work, how is it possible, love this show.
I love this guy I use to watch his tv show when I was a kid and I’m glad I found this channel on RUclips 👍 👍
This guy is a real Canadian and how most Canadians were back 30 years ago. Canada has lost its true spirit, in another 30 years it will be unrecognizable
Hey, we still exist. It really gets the older people happy seeing me trying to bump start a friend on his scrap part bike. Unfortunately, my friend isn't so inclined for jerry rigging and is content letting it rot away. It took all there was in me to talk him out of bringing it to a mechanic.
Old junkers will cost you so much to bring in. The fun is the getting them running
Wait hes canadian? I'm deaf I thought he was a us southerner lol
I remember watching this as a kid late night. I'd sneak out of my room to watch skinimaxx and instead get caught because I was laughing at this show.
Thanks Steve. Watched you since I was a kid on public TV. With the sad state our roads and jobs (for working class people) are in, we need your duct tape fixes now more than ever here in the US.
That guys great. Wish his show was still on.
I guess retirement is not all that great. His show was outstanding!
The show WAS sick. But i tend to think that this youtube channel is also just as sick.
It has the exact same charm....very underrated. Needs more views
George Burns once said in show business you can't retire unless nobody wants you. And fans of Red Green couldn't be satisfied with the back canon. Sorry, Steve. There is such a thing as being loved too much.
I loved red green when I was younger, and this happened to pop up in my recommended, I know what I'll be binging today
I know it doesn't suit the bit, but I really wanted to see it driven to failure.
Barnaclebeard haha. Really? I dont think i wanted to
Its enough that he builds something everyday but you never see them again in later episodes lol id say he drove it untill it was out of gas and wrote her off then LOL
Like I said, it wouldn't suit the bit. But are you telling me you wouldn't watch a DVD extra of that thing merging onto the 401?
He cant turn corners with it!

OMG the red green show is just great when I see this on PBS I will watch it I just love it
Just discovered. Immediate sub. Red Green is better than any of the crap on Comedy Central.
Heck, I'd say they should start showing Red Green on the History Channel. It's that damn amazing. This show is part of history.
It's also the future!
But then where would we put Ancient Alien Archeology and Holding Hitler’s Hackysack 25?
Amen brother.
Ahh geez, I miss Canada, eh! 🇨🇦 🍁
Use to be the only good thing on at 4 am getting ready for work
Miss this show!
I wonder how many Plymouth Reliant K's were sacrificed for this show?
RIPjkripper I hope not alot. ,Lol 🙃
RIPjkripper My parents had one. I was pretty skeptical, but ended up being a good car. It got totaled out when I had to use it one day and someone who was tailgating me rear ended it, after I had to do a sudden stop (when another idiot ran a stop sign). But...as bad as it got hit, it never quit running and I drove it home!
Knew the guy he got them from. Quite a few at around $500 a pop Canadian
Probably every Chrysler product sold in Canada in the 80's made a stop at the Red Green show on its way to the scrapyard.
Enough
There is and can only be one Red Green.
Sees the christmas cake pothole: "You're big, I've seen bigger."
I grew up watching these guys lmao which is probably why I always have duct tape on hand.
This is Hickock45's crazy neighbor..
When i was a kid i used to stay up late till like 1am to watch this show. I loved it
Those old Chryslers would do that on a smooth road
It's a K car, I'm pretty sure it'd do that sitting still.
Everybody who drives a chrysler cries on the side of the road.
@@danieldixon4568 I used to work for Chrysler and I endorse your comment.

I loved it haha. So many old memories coming back from this show.
I love this guy. I can appreciate his jokes more now, which is nice.
Had no idea it was Canadian... Explains so much about the type of comedy this show is haha
i love how our shows made in canada like these the guys always have some sort of military surplus clothing
Makes me wonder how you turn....
VERY. SLOWLY.
Or see the road. The driver's side band is right in the line of sight.
You make sure one of the parking brakes are seized.
They don't have turns in Canada. It's all one straight road :)
you dont.

Dude is this actually new or not? It can easily pass for 90s television.
the show ran from 1991-2006.
