Dr. Fluffypants lucky, when I was in 8th grade we played a score that had a bunch of Star Wars themes flowing into one another, but it wasn’t as good as this arrangement
Played it for freshman last concert and it was truly epic

Had the pleasure of playing this, 1st trombone. My orchestra cheered when they heard Duel of the Fates, and it’s the most fun thing I’ve ever performed.
I am automatically jealous for any school that played this. This is so cool
We just started playing this in my HS band, i have timpani and holy crap this song is so awesome, definitely my favorite piece ive ever played.

Great Arrangement! But the tempo from Across The Stars in this recording is way too slow. I prefer the original tempo.
SantaGoneMad okay THANK GOD I WASNT THE ONLY ONE, also for revenge of the soth the brass accents were way too low of an octave and as a big star wars fan And a trumpet player who has heard the original many times it felt very hard to listen to
@@theplaguedmandalorian3489 we're probably going to play this in our university orchestra (hi from a violin), but we also have the Star Wars Suite with the original sheet music and even though that's so damn hard for violins I want to play that

Um... I’m pretty Across the Stars is the only one that’s in the right key. The music and the recording don’t line up...
Update: it totally is. But not Mvt. 2. Across the Stars is still in the right key but the others aren’t. What the heck? 😂 Playing along with the recording is so painful.
