owowow i remember playing this in my freakin 8th Grade orchestra boot camp and I’m in high school now, it still sounds the same and I still remember every note to this.
Excuse me? 6th graders playing without a conductor??? I’m in an eighth grade orchestra And we have 2 conductors!!! I really don’t believe the no conductor part, do you even know how important they are? Especially in a piece where the tempo slows down!! And I think there’s even an ritardando there!!! You need your conductor for those!!
@@quirmi_6770 I have a lot of things to say. And boy you have to CALM DOWN. Our last concert, we played a song called land of dragons and it's a 2.5 grade song. City of steel is grade 3. Not too much of a difference. We played that without a conductor and with ease wanna know how? Before you perform you assign a person for a ritardando for them to kinda set the slower tempo as everyone watches them. Then after the little pause they would slightly lift their head to start everyone again. Then to cut off the piece they again motion with their head to get everyone to lift their bows. Also, how does 2 conductors work? Isn't it distracting to have 2 people waving their hands around on the podium? You said professional orchestras should have a conductor. Girlie you guys must be so bad you have 2 conductors. Like- the 6th graders in thespian's orchestra could be MUCH more talented than your 8th graders.
