      @katsumikurta 2 года назад

      @@quirmi_6770 I have a lot of things to say. And boy you have to CALM DOWN. Our last concert, we played a song called land of dragons and it's a 2.5 grade song. City of steel is grade 3. Not too much of a difference. We played that without a conductor and with ease wanna know how? Before you perform you assign a person for a ritardando for them to kinda set the slower tempo as everyone watches them. Then after the little pause they would slightly lift their head to start everyone again. Then to cut off the piece they again motion with their head to get everyone to lift their bows. Also, how does 2 conductors work? Isn't it distracting to have 2 people waving their hands around on the podium? You said professional orchestras should have a conductor. Girlie you guys must be so bad you have 2 conductors. Like- the 6th graders in thespian's orchestra could be MUCH more talented than your 8th graders. So yeah it's possible to play without a conductor with enough practice. Y'all just never had the idea to let go of your 2 conductors smh

    we just chose this song to play in orchestra and it sounds so pretty but the violin 2 part feels kind of boring rip at least the other parts sound cool as hell it kind of reminds me of hollow knight

      It’s a grade 3, so it doesn’t surprise me. What really makes this piece difficult is all of the shifting that some directors put it. The dynamics are also super important

      This was really hard in 7th grade, but I'm getting my high school class to play it, most of us are 10th grade or higher

    We played this my freshman year but we had a sub who took all our sheet music at the end of every concert so 😡

      It’s illegal to copy parts do those are probably original parts so they have to take them back, original parts can be 200 dollars plus for a full orchestra depending on the peice

      @@quirmi_6770 Trust me, they weren't. This sub was also the marching band percussion director, and he did the exact same thing there even though we printed out our OWN music...

      @@bagaboiebailey again, printing music is illegal, so even if you printed it up yourself if you want to cough up so money to keep original copies then be my guest
