  • Cut a line into the head of the bolt, then use a flathead screwdriver. This is the way.

    Hex bolts have nothing wrong with them. Crappy bolts and low quality tools are the real problem. BUT I have to agree with you on those 8.8 grade or lower shallow head hexes, they do suck.

    this is why i want a dremel those tight spots where the regular 4.5" won't fit without destroying your workpiece, nice work

      I just didn't film the initial unscrewing because I needed both hands
