Hi, what does one do when the main shaft and the outer shaft don't line up keeping the hole to be out of alignment for the blower shear pin ? thanks

Hi, have you ever found a solution to this? Thank you.

The holes are there, you just got to find them. Most likely the sheer pin is still inside the main shaft and you'll need push or hammer it out

Hi, my question is the same as R Brocke from 2 years ago. The main shaft and inner shaft do not line up for installation of sheer pin. Help please!

Rotate the Propeller till it lines up, use a screw driver to line the holes

Grade 2 Bolts are soft enough to use a shear bolt so I am told

🤷🏻‍♂️ Manufacturers are notorious for marketing a "special bolt" at 1000 times markup.
