Very good demo of your setup! It makes me think that a Katana (Power Amp IN) combined with a good set of studio monitor plugged in the headphone jack of a multi effect unit can be a very good alternative to a FRFR cabinet and even be a stereo setup or a wet dry wet setup depending on the routings allowed by your multi effects...

Bro its possible to add 2 different pedal at the same time even you use ME 80. Planning to buy one. Thanks 😊

The me80 should be put in front of the amp. The kat sounds better anyway

Yeah. There are presets that sounds good infront of the Katana. Just tried to plug it in the power amp. And for me sounds good also. Thanks for your comment.

It’s too hard to read your description… it thinks I’m tapping your links?! I’m thinking of getting the Boss Katana MKII 50 and the ME-80 Boss pedal. I don’t have a working PC so I think the physical knobs will work for me better since I can’t open the Tone Software. Do they go together easy or do I need a special cable? Only been playing like 6/months and I have a Yamaha THR10II (10w)… I joined a Jam band with guys at work and I get ran over by our drummer. I heard the 50w works well enough

Sorry for the inconvience, I am also having difficulties in reading the description 😂😂😂.
Their easy to use and very user friendly.
Katana MKII 50W is loud enough for a band setup.
For me it sounds better when the ME-80 is plugged in the Power Amp input at the back. (just my preference)
