- This time around around, I am building a buggy chassis for myself. I can lay it out exactly how I want. This is just a 1 man operation as a hobby, not a business, so maybe it will give you guys some motivation to build some things in your garage too. Bend some tube dudes.

Looking good my dude. Trying to save up to long arm my cherokee. Want to 3 link but I think I'm just going to radius arm it for the ease of build. Going to be my first axle swap and long arm build. Never even did a bolt in long arm lol.
Well you know I have the How to 3 link a cherokee vid. It tells you exactly what to do. Ha. Either way, it's better than a stock set up. I applaud your motivation! 👏

I'm thinking about starting a v8 build, I've built my own rzr tube chassis, could you disclose your starting point measurements by chance? I'm curious as to the width of the tubes you had jiged in the first bit as well as how far you dropped down to the cab section, it looks like about 2 45degree bends
Love the build man. Would you consider selling a blueprint or diagram on the chassis. Looking to build one and yours is the best I really like

Fantastic build! I've looked at buying a JD2 bender several times but with dies costing so much and not knowing which ones to choose I've held off. I'm guessing a 1.75 tube die in 90 degrees would be a good starting point but I'd love to hear what your top 2 choices would be since you've actually done a lot of fabricating. My builds will be rock crawling chassis for the most part.

@@Lowbouncer did you reinforce them to prevent anything from cracking?
@@keithnikolaevich7530 yes. There are some pretty elaborate trusses on them, and the front has 300m rcv axle shafts.

What would it cost for you to build me one?
Metal cost is way up now, it would be 4 to 5500, but I don't have time to build one right now man.
