The design of the cage is next level. Well done man 🍻 do you use any kind of hole saw system when fitting the tubing together, or do yo just cut it in with an AG? I didn’t see an footage of a hole saw set up and saw you working with an AG a lot so I wasn’t sure if that was your primary method of cutting the ends of the tubing or not
Well thank you so much man. I've used a cheap hole saw in my drill press for straight copes before on repeat pieces of tubing. On this chassis I think I did the whole thing with an angle grinder. My hole saw is dull so I said screw it. I'm honestly pretty fast with the angle grinder, I prefer it.
I am thinking about building sometging like that ,but dont have any experience in this type of frame...so i want to ask if you would be wo kind and tell me roughly what dimensions are your lower frame rails? I know that i shouldnt ask you to do it for free ,,butif you would be so kind
@Lowbouncer Where do you get your steel from? I am from St. Louis and was quoted over $10 per foot for 1 3/4 x .120 dom. Is it really worth it in your opinion? I want to do a 4 seater, and I am assuming I'll be using quite a bit of tubing.
I do all this stuff and sell Cornwell tool the standard that all standard are set by Fraser yacht charter and sales bullhide 4x4 love ya and congregation 😊😊with you family!!!
Dude you are super talented and it’s amazing that you do it all with a manual bender
Well thanks so much, man! ...and the manual bender truly does wear me out. 😄
Loving the rebuild and new build videos. Keep em coming.
Thanks a lot! If I did youtube full time I'd have way more time for more projects. 😑
The rebuild and new build videos are awesome
Thanks a lot man! Just filming the things that keep me busy. 😄
Great work 👏
Thanks!

Haha, yep.
Awesome job…as always
Thanks, man!
Out of curiosity how many feet of tube is in that buggy?
I don't know exactly, but 200-220 feet probably.
so how do you figure out what dimensions, what shape and everything to fabricate? Do you just imagine it in your head and just go for it?
Most of it is picturing it in my head.
@@Lowbouncer oh so no fancy 3d programs? Damn thats impressive
@@pader4471 no, not even close. 😄 no program at all.

Hey buddy what are them simple Coilovers you use?
I buy Fox remote reservoir shocks.
You do amazing work and you make it look easy. Maybe too easy cause you inspired me to give it a shot. Do you use dom?
Thanks man. I love that you're inspired! That one is all dom.

What's the wheelbase on this one?
Around 122.
How do you learn to make stuff like this? School or figure it out on your own?
Just stuff I've learned along the way.
Buenas quero preguntarle si tiene las medidas me gustaria fabricar uno graciad
Great!
Thanks!
