The mic Worked for me on windows 10, dont lie about it not working on w10
The headset includes a leaflet stating that there are issues with Windows 10, so it’s hardly lying is it!

Prxme Watches what driver is you don’t mind me asking?? I’m having a lot of issues with mic quality and it picking up my computers audio and running it though mic

What devices have you tried?
There is a version of this headset that has a mute switch right on the end of the mic, underneath the foam tip. Might be worth checking if you have that version in case the switch is on mute
