- SEGA uploaded this trailer for a few moments before deleting it from their account. This could be either because of the long black screen at the end of the trailer, or the fact that Sonic trailers usually drop on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Who knows!
Thank you for archiving this trailer! Idk why it got taken down, I guess not to make people too excited since it's all old content??
Or... It just went up ahead of schedule. No need to act like Sega decided to purge it from existence out of shame.
It's fake lol they made it, not sure why. The footage used in the video for SA2 and Colors are ripped from youtube, very crusty and editing is sloppy too. At least use high quality videos if you're gonna try and trick people

@@BlastPastFastnah PC. Shadow's life icon was in a profile view instead of a 3/4 angle and the heroes controller glyphs are generic instead of the console specific ones that you see on the other platforms

Sonic fans making a whole fake trailer with nothing notable in it is maybe one of the most funniest things to come out of this fandom.
We saw this part of the game back in 2011. Wouldve been a better comparrison to how the "remastered" visuals stack up to that original release
They took the OG Gens, took 2 weeks to port and boost the fps, and called it a day. Amazing “remastered” visuals. SCU is no excuse as that was just flawed due to picking the wrong team, now Sonic Team is doing it and SEGA has more control, they could’ve done it properly(i.e. texture upscale). Don’t mean to be whining about everything, SEGA has changed, it’s just that they’re holding themselves back from perfection.
Also, I think a port of 3DS gens would’ve been cool, maybe would’ve justified the price tag a bit more.

@@RameNoodls SEGA decides the money, it’s been like that for a while, they also decide what goes in a project. For example, Ian Flynn tried getting SEGA to add hyper sonic to frontiers and they denied it.

I think the reason why they deleted this video is because people already have seen this years ago and I guess and maybe they thought people might hate them because there is nothing new in this trailer even know I would have been fine with it because of the new generation of Sonic fans where they didn't play these games
SEGA is a company, it doesn’t have feelings lol. They deleted it because it’s not Thursday yet, an issue with Video Scheduling.

Was this fan made because you have remade 4 trailer from sonic games. it was weird that shadow generation got a trailer for the Levels but sonic generation did not

If this is real then why does the background blur still exist in the shadows gens footage? It was removed and some one noticed it recently. Either this is one of XPool's trailers or Sega really is lacking.
Seeing planet wisp in gens is so pretty to look at, I know it’s not a fan favourite for gens but I like it for the platforming

For those who are saying it's fake...
The Classic Sonic model differences that I've somehow been the only one to notice since the game has been revealed are here, so it's very likely real.
So this really means that Shadow Generations is gonna have more than 3 zones, because this trailer showed a 3 stages out of the 9 for Base Gens
Why are they showing us gameplay of the Original release? Show the remastered gameplay SEGA!
I honestly wish they remastered the original Sonic Generations levels. Right now, the only thing about this that's updated is a second story involving Shadow, as the graphics and visuals to that are more to today's standard. It would be especially disappointing is if buying Sonic x Shadow Generations is just buying Sonic Generations again but with a new set of levels, which are likely going to be fewer than the base game.
The editing is very sloppy, might be why it got taken down.

why wouldnt they just compare sonic x shadow gens to original gens instead of the stages that they are based off of just so that we can see if there is any difference between the remaster and the original or is this fake?
