Rules for my run:
- You must play on the hardest difficulty "Dante Must Die" in 1 session
- The Mission-End-Screen has to show you "No Damage" + "No Item" (4 mission/room exception for item-usage)
- The Mission-End-Screen has to show you a "S" in "Clear Time"
- The only areas you are allowed to use items (and only Holy Water!) are:
Mission 06 - Containment Room (this Window-Boss-Agnus fight is a real shitshow and fully out of control - there is no skill-based chance to consistently fight that one)
Mission 15 - Master´s Chamber (they really put a Blitz in this small room on DMD diffculty... all I can say is that the AI is totally over the top here)
Mission 17 - Residential District (fixed camera and a Faust inside walls completely invisible sometimes, but still attacking you pretty much offscreen)
Mission 17 - Opera House Plaza (buggy AI here, the Faust can attack you from the ground)
- You are not allowed to pause the game at any other point - pauses during a fight can potentially manipulate the AI to your advantage
- Starting value for Red Orbs around 60K

I finished DMD s rank with no damage, thank the lord, Then i woke up
Edit: I did finish DMD with Vergil today, but not entirely S Rank. Still happy that i managed to acomplish it and be able to get my sweet revenge on all the Blitzes, Chimera modified enemies, Cutlasses, Dante, the Immortal Royal Guard boss, Agnus, Angelo Agnus, and basically everything that made DMD a living hell for me with the Super Costume.
how're you keeping the level 3 charge shot when traversing between different areas?
Never let the button go I guess. There is no trick to it - I honestly do not remember anymore - It has been quiet some time since then ^^.

Do you have a video like this in a same difficulty and same reason as "no damage" which includes "+ cutscenes"? Cause you skip those like any speedrun's do. I like your gameplay but not without cutscenes. So i thumbs down, and i didn't finish it and stop at the midway cause i had enough on skipping things.

But after all it is the same principle with speedruns - a "challenge run" skips over cutscenes of course - you may try this run hundred times and you don't want to watch the cutscenes over and over again obviously.
Your expectations are simply incorrect - it is like watching a speedrun and then being negative about how fast the game is being played.

1:48:22 wow you got lucky over there that kick13 could have been cost for you lot i also like that way you are playing i mean you are playing so simple surprisingly you are not taking any damage maybe you were so consistent dodging
It is truly not a "perfect" gameplay but very effective in the end. That Kick13 looks risky but since the other enemy is "offscreen" - he will not attack me - he will just try to dash into the camera view to get "active" for combat. Maybe you already recognized that my camera play is very annoying - some may say that ^^.

The only thing preventing me from playing DMC4 is Nero.
I played DMC5 and had to suffer through both Nero and V until finally I got access to Dante - whom I keep thinking is the main character
Nero was like easier to play than Dante though.
How did you predict where the dice rolls were going to land? Is there a trick to it?
There is no trick to it, you just know what to hit when it's on top. It is not random ^^.
