@hybrid2990 I'm on controller as well so this is great. You don't want it to be too high because the game pretty much gives you lock on. So as long as you're in the vicinity of the opponent, it'll lock onto them. The best I could recommend is being able to do a 180 within a second. Try changing your sensitivity in practice mode to see what works for you. You'll know it's the right one when you're able to lock on easily and land your attacks most of the time. Use Yellow Deku for this btw. Good luck.
