You Guys Rock ! So enjoy watching your videos, and showing us Canadians - and the rest of the world just how beautiful our country is ! Thanks Hosers !!
Nice to watch! Not to disrupt the valuable marketing clichés, and aside from a ubiquitous music and arts community, PEI is also heavily involved with bioscience, aerospace industries and has more than its share of developing information technology and renewable energy. The University of PEI, Holland College and a disproportionate number of specialized private schools are also vibrant institutions - hope they can be mentioned as well. Thanks!
I can’t wait for your next video…. I miss visiting PEI on my trip out east this fall 😭 I ran out of time. love following your journey. I now feel like I have to take another trip to Newfoundland as I obviously miss soo much. I spent most of my time at Gros Morne national park and St. John’s. i was hoping to bump into one of my favorite travel you tubers 🥰
being from newfoundland i loved watching you guys travel there and im soon doing my own trip to pei lol. hope im able to travel like you guys one day, keep up the good work!!!
If I had known, then would have told you to visit two spots. One is the largest free beach along the north east side of Tracadie Bay. Second is the what I think is the best chip truck just next to the main entrance at Canadian Tire in Charlottetown. Have a great time there.
Hey there welcome to PEI - islander here - they have cows ice cream available at the cows creamery on the north river causeway open til 7pm local time I think - also the soybeans are sprayed with a chemical to make them brown/ripen for harvest-wouldn’t eat them from the field -enjoy the lobster another reason folks come to PEI also fun fact Summerside used to be PEIs capital-enjoy-safe travels!
My grandparents had a bed and breakfast here a few years ago and although i didn't get to see every part of it, the island is beautiful and i hope you guys enjoyed your stay :)
Love your videos! Very professionally done, and you guys are hilarious! Great content and love 💕 your dog too, she’s so sweet. I’ll be hitting the road soon with my rescue girl dog of 4 yrs ( she’s approx. 6 yrs old) in a truck and travel trailer. It’s been so long since I’ve been in the Maritimes I sure miss the peace and serenity, not to mention the fresh 🦞! So glad you went to Grand Manan, your videos were so good now I’m not skeptical at all about going there too 🙃🙂 By the way I’m from Ontario but moving to New Brunswick soon. Love the US as well used to tour there a lot too 🇨🇦🇺🇸
You could have went to cows ! Just the ones you chose were temporary locations , if you went to the creamery you could have gotten a tour and everything :)
I think we were there the same time as you were. We saw the antivaxxers protesting in front of the statue for the soldiers and hospital as well. So disrespectful for the health care workers and those that actually fought and lost their lives in the wars.!
This is my family history my Last name is MacPhail. Related to Sir Andrew.....And Agnes. Macphail.. my grandfather was John my dad was William Gordan from Winnipeg to Wisconsin
Could you explain to me the PEI pass to enter the province. I plan on going to PEI after my time in the Navy and plan on taking the Confederation Bridge.
Thank you so much, just found your channel today and I’ve been bingeing it for hours lol! It would be awesome if you guys went to the northern Canadian territories or Churchill, Manitoba which is the polar bear capital of the world!
You don't need to pay to make a reservation from NS to PEI just click one way and you can reserve a space for one way travel . If you could edit out the protestors at the cenotaph that would make your video more appealing to all. As the sign said there is a Cow's Ice Cream open year around on Queen St. Though you posted this in November your trip would have been in September .
"Please note that one-way travel from Caribou, Nova Scotia to Wood Islands, Prince Edward Island is available at no fee on a first come, first served basis, however spaces cannot be guaranteed without a reservation. Travellers who wish to book a one-way reservation from Caribou, Nova Scotia will be subject to a fee of $82. One-way bookings from Caribou may later be converted to round-trip bookings at no additional fee should travellers decide to exit Prince Edward Island via ferry.
as a canadian you have the right to travel within your country, no questions asks. it's in the charter of rights. if you knew your rights AT ALL you wouldn't need any of the garbage you're told you need to travel...
Not going to argue this, but the "limitations clause" in Section 1 allows the government to suspend certain sections of the Charter provided the suspension is for reasons that are "pressing and substantial." Section 6, which discusses mobility, says that Canadians have the right to enter and exit Canada freely or to move to another province "to take up residence" and "pursue livelihood." It doesn't say anything about recreational travel.

Yeah, it's an interesting occurrence to run into them while walking around Charlottetown 🧐
You can hike PEI Provincial Parks with dogs, just not National Parks
I worked at a Provincial Park and I loved seeing many people bring their dogs to the beach everyday!
Thanks for the info! We will be back to PEI someday and will definitely hit more provincial park trails with Kana 🐕🦺

You will definitely have to apply for one, otherwise you could get turned away from the island like we did

You pay one way with or without reservations. With the reservation you would have to return by ferry. An explanation would have been helpful.
We didn't pay anything going into PEI - without reservation.
