I dance because when I dance I don't have troubles anymore, I am in my dance, in my story and it calms me, when my dance is over I am physically tired but mentally I have a huge boost. Eventually for me dancing is like breathing or eating it's an essential part of my life.

Cinqmorceaux, yes, absolutely wonderful and uplifting; I just kinda missed wheelchair dancers in the pictures. I believe that even deaf people can dance, I read they respond to vibrations. I hope it's true. This is a really wonderful video, I just love alle the people talking in it, and I hope it can bring about an enrichment in many people's lives.

This is such an inspiring video. I teach at-risk pre-k and incorporate dance whenever possible. Some of my most troubled students love to dance. When the music starts, their body responds and for those moments, their heart is unburdened and their mind is free.

je crois que j'aurais vraiment du mal a dire pourquoi je danse, car pour moi cela est normale, c'est vital, la danse me fait devenir une autre personne, elle est la seule qui sera présente pour toi , pour t'aider dans les coup dur de la vie , on n'est pas forcer d'avoir un très bon niveaux l’essentiel est de laisser son corps s'envelopper de la musique et le laisser s'emporter comme bon lui semble .. ..I love dancing, j'aime danser, Ich liebe tanzen, 我爱跳舞 انا احب الرقص
