Very well structured examination. If i might add; women who've had breastcancer related treatment e.g. mastectomy/radiation therapy are at a higher odds of developing frozen shoulder. This can be a clinical cue in your examination.
Would also add that, as the patient has had cancer previously she is more prone to a secondary cancer (metastatic). The thoracic spine + shoulder are common regions for this to happen. Frozen shoulder would typically be restricted in both active and passive examination
Very good video 👏 Maybe should assess passive movement from lying position which muscles were be completely relax so you’ll see if there is restriction to the joint capsule. Because we saw she had restriction in 90 of shoulder flexion. The capsular pattern of glenohumeral joint is external rotation which was quite good, abduction which we didn’t see and internal rotation which she could put her arm behind her back.
